Pan is wonderful, but.... During a visit to my daughter for July 4'th I saw her unpacking new pans from GreenPan. I noticed that here surface was totally smooth while I knew my new pan had a small ripple, wrinkled surface on the inside of the pan right below the handle. She said I should send it back. I said that would be a hassle given that that the pan performs fine, I would have to find a box and pay shipping, etc.

Still it would have been nice if Quality Control had found the spot and had rejected it. Now I can't say I am totally impressed.

Customer service was very helpful after my product was damaged in shipping.

The more I looked at reviews and features of environmentally-conscious companies when I was looking for safer cookware, I kept coming back to Green Pan. It didn't hurt that they had a good sale going on! I hadn't seen as much about the Eras set, but when I stumbled on it, it had everything I was looking for in non-stick cookware-no PFAS, quality components, pieces that I typically use. I was really tempted by the hybrid Spectra line, but the Eras was more in my price range. I've only had it for about a month, but so far I'm very pleased. The nonstick is great, and it's so easy to clean. The handles take up a little more room in my cabinet than my old pans, but they just fit. I wish I had understood more about the recycling option when I placed my order. It's a great option to dispose of old cookware responsibly, but I found out that you can't add it on later, you have to order it when you place your initial order.

I got in touch with greenpan of a problem with my crockpot and received a quick response. I took pictures of the crockpot along with the receipt and again received a quick reply. They immediately took care of it by sending a new one.

The Frost Pro is awesome and it was easy to purchase on the website. Following the directions in the included booklet, the first ice cream came out delicious. Very fast, not difficult to clean.

The pans are beautiful! And they are true to their advertising of non stick!!!! We’re in love with them

I cancelled my order immediately - received confirmation from your team, and you still shipped it, and charged me...and still not resolved!

Both frying pans I ordered (12" and 10") work great as claimed. Cooking was easy as was the clean up. The pans look great.

Quality cookware that is human healthy and good for the environment.

It's impossible to speak to a human. One of my lids came dented. I won't buy again/more, even though it cooks eggs well.

I had some old green pan frying pans that I liked but one separated. The company replaced it with a new version of the same pan I ordered the other pans to complete the set. I could not be more pleased with the product.

Perfect for how it's supposed to be. What else do I need to say?

Had a great experience from ordering, to quality of packaging and quality of the product. Couldn't be happier with the set we purchased! Some of the pans it replaced were originally wedding gifts and 20 years old!

Quick delivery good quality

The shipping package was barely tape and half coming apart on delivery. The muffin pan had the exact same description as my previous one but is not the same. Very disappointing.
