I had a new boiler installed 2 days ago and was delighted with the whole experience. Dave gave me advice on how to choose the most cost effective and efficient boilers available. He was flexible re dates of installation. He communicated with me throughout and on the day itself, kept disruption to a minimum. Price was competitive and after sales care excellent. Thank you !

I’ve dealt with several heating firms over the years, and Dave from Green Planet is miles ahead of the rest. He rehung a fallen radiator and replaced another, carrying out the work with real care and diligence. I asked him about a couple of other issues I was having and he gave clear, helpful advice. I’ve already booked him again for a powerflush, which says it all. Highly recommended.

Our boiler stopped sending heat to the radiators although hot water was still working. It was on Sunday, of course. I contacted David and left a message expecting him to call me the next day. A short while later he phoned me, talked me through a few things to try ascertain what the problem was and if a reboot might actually be a temporary fix. Sadly it wasn’t. He then contacted another customer to ask if he could rearrange their service. They agreed and seventeen hrs later we are warm as toast! Boiler fixed. His communication skills are excellent and his engineering skills spot on. Many thanks. Recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.

David kept us informed of the appointment, gave us a courtesy call to let us know when he was on his way and was very professional when he arrived to service the boiler. Cleaned up all mess afterwards and left everything as it was before the job started. David has done work for me in the past and cannot recommend enough. Extremely happy with all work completed. From pricing the work to carrying out the installation, David was spot on. Carpets up the stairs were dust sheeted, all mess cleared up afterwards, fully operational when he left and went through the operation of the nest app. Id highly recommend David and green planet for any plumbing and heating requirements. There isn't many tradesmen you can be 100% happy with, but David breaks that mould. A spot on lad aswell.
