Do not use this company, they are not the cheapest, it will cost you more, use any other skip company as they would be better, they will refuse to collect a skip that is a little bit over the limit line however on there website they show a skip that is over the limit which they will collect, make it make sense, do not use them. Plus they sent a smaller skip, the audacity they have!!!

Booked and paid for a skip to arrive on
Tuesday morning and be collected on Wednesday. Had e mail confirming delivery arrangements. Waited in - no show - called in the afternoon to be advised they were bringing it on the Wednesday but may not be able to collect for five days. Told them it needed to be moved before that, they said they would mark it as a priority. Phoned Wednesday when they said it would arrive by 12 noon - no show. Called and was advised it was outside the house - it was not. Waited another hour and 10 then decided to cancel as they had not fulfilled their part of the contract. Thé skip arrived just after cancellation and I had to sent it away. If they couldn’t manage to get the delivery right there was very little chance that thé would be organized enough to collect it within the time frame needed.
The office were rude and argumentative, won’t refund in full as apparently they had booked the skip out?? To add to it
I lost half a days pay as I had to wait in for them. Shocking business practice - totally unworthy of having any customers.

After contacting many skip hires for prices, Alex gave me the best price ,total price included vat ,, he stated you won't get cheaper, I agreed to go ahead, as the price suited me, only to discover in my bank statement he added another £50 for vat , which in reality did not make halo skips the cheapest, I was conned.. I contacted them , Alex tried backtracking, I asked for the transcript to be provided, guess what - he didn't provide it. ,so I requested a cancellation.
throughout the conversation, Alex was rude, unprofessional, and condescending, stating I will have to pay a £30 cancellation fee. Newport branch is a total joke..
I contacted their head office, who were lovely, and cancelled my order penalty free.
Do not recommend this cowboy outfit of a company

Very happy had my doubts as read bad reviews on pick up skips But no need to as I phoned up Friday to book pick up and early Monday morning they picked up the skip to a very happy customer. Would use them again

My father is 80. He ordered a skip with a ramp. Halo didn't tell him that they couldn't guarantee one and then tried to deliver a skip without a ramp. He refused delivery and they charged him £120.

At around the same I ordered a skip. They delivered a substantially smaller skip than the one I had ordered and only gave me a £10 discount.

This is not a company that can be trusted.

Bit of a con really you order skip of them and charge you extra to send someone elses skip which i could of got much cheaper direct from pinbins !!! These are brokers they dont own skips or trucks they just charge you to send someone elses !!

Brilliant service . Alex was very good. Delivered on time and collected the next day. Can’t get any better than that
