Absolutely shocking customer service (no response whatsoever) ordered products on 24th of August and still haven't received them, no updates nothing! Daylight robbery! Stay well away from this fraudulent company.

Please, please, please...believe the bad reviews! This company is a complete scam. Ordered something on 1st July for a gift with '48 hour shipping'. Got a confirmation and nothing else for 2 weeks. I got some spam from them with the title 'Haven't heard from you lately...Is everything alright?'...the irony was not lost given I had heard nothing from them about my order in 2 weeks!

I emailed to ask for a refund on the 15th July and got a mail back telling me:

We do not provide order support via email. Please go to our website.

Please note that we do not provide support over the telephone.

Basically they don't provide any support in any way because the online chat is also a joke and the company is a scam!

They mailed on 18th July to tell me my order was 'stuck in processing' so I decided they were not worth my time and just bypassed them completely and raise a claim through my bank to get my money back.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Dreadful company…only partially delivered goods…promised the balance of my order would follow…it didn’t. They say they have processed a refund…still waiting for it to arrive

You will need to contact trading standards to get your money back beware! I ordered and paid for two items on 8 July. I have repeatedly tried to phone but the mailbox is 'full' and I have sent messages to request a refund. All I get back are emails asking if I would like to order more products! I have now seen the terrible reviews online and wish to broadcast loud and clear that it is not wise to buy from Green Essentials. In fact they have effectively stolen my money and it appears other peoples too. I plan to go round to Rickmansworth...to the store.

I paid £154.95 mid June for salt tablets.
Never received anything but automated excuses.
They did not even respond to my recorded delivery letter. After more than 2 months I managed to get my money back throught my Credit Card.
Am sure The CC Company will make them pay up!
Stay away from Greens!

This company is an absolute nightmare, I have been completely scammed. I’ve been waiting for my order since 2nd June. No order, no refund. Nothing. The people on the end of the emails or “online chat” are complete liars and literally the most useless people to ever exist. Don’t waste your money or time with these 🤬

Very reasonable price and arrived on time.

Nothing to say really. Ordering process went great. Delivery was great. Product arrived perfectly and in great time too.

Quick delivery was very easy to order

I send £135 for washing powder, more than two weeks no parcel receive no emails reply no one pick phone voicemails is full, please be careful before buying anything its a scam. They took your money and they will not send any item.
I have to contact my bank or may be another method to claim my money back.

I was really excited to place my order, including several items for a birthday. After 3 weeks still nothing, it was impossible to get in touch with them via their online contact form or email. Eventually got through to ask them to cancel my order, was promised a refund a month ago which never materialised. I feel very stupid! Avoid this company, awful service and you'll just lose your money.

Ordered TimTams, was told 48 hours delivery.

Never arrived, no replies to emails.

Hands down worst customer service I have ever come across. Ordered in late July. Package received a few days later was just an empty box. They only do customer support through online chat which takes days to get a response and you have to manually check back for updates. Still no refund from my purchase a month later.

Shortly after I posted this Greens Essentials replied saying they had changed their systems and wanted to offer me 50% off my next order, but since they still haven't refunded my original order that just comes across as asking me to send them more free money.

Waited a month for delivery, ended up with refund after countless lies such as it’s been delivered. We’ve changed courier, and finally and most laughable was the excessive summer heat has damaged their stock of crisps.

Order #36937. After 2 weeks of waiting I have received only 3 of the 4 bottles of Prime ordered. Checked my account and the order show fulfilled. No sign the box was damaged. Don’t recommend ordering if you want to stay away from headaches.
