Good company

Bought some milka cookies from here after my partner found them in Malaga and fell in love with them. Cant get them in the uk but greens to the rescue. great price and delivery time was spot on.
Would buy from greens again

I placed an order in May. I have contacted them several times and been promised delivery soon. I was offered the chance to cancel, with money back within a few days. I cancelled at the end of July and no sign of the cash. I see I am not alone. This appears to be a well organised scam

Great experience with this order! The process was smooth, and the delivery was right on time. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Greens failed to deliver goods ordered (£299) and although promised to refund still have not. I have now taken them to Court.

Order placed 22 /6 /24 and still no delivery or refund . Apparently they say they have refunded but i need to wait a bit longer !

Well I ordered something for a Birthday party but it never arrived, hadn't checked the reviews, therefore was worried after I realised the company had such a bad rep but to be fair, when I contacted them via online form, someone called Jayson did get back to me and apologised for the delay and said there had been a backlog of orders, said he would send them a couple of days later and they offered me a discount on any new purchases. Due to the time frame and the goods now too late for what I needed them for I requested a refund. I was not expecting to receive it after having read the reviews but I did, so feel I have to give an honest review ....yes good were late but I DID get a refund and it was quickly refunded.

Hace 4 semanas hice un pedido de 12 botellas Prime para mis hijos porque las coleccionan y en España no se encuentran. Las quería para su cumpleaños que ya ha pasado. Hago el pedido, me cobran sin problemas lógicamente, ahí está la estafa, y me confirman que el pedido ya está en marcha. Me dan número de orden y al momento me sacan de la tarjeta los 105€ al cambio, un pedido importante. Nada más recibir la confirmación, les pregunto tiempo de espera y el mensajero o transportista en España que me lo entregará y ya nunca recibí respuesta y un mes después sigo esperando. Por suerte al leer las opiniones anteriores de gente estafada fui a la policia a denunciar y a mi banco a reclamar el reembolso y por suerte VISA ya me lo ha devuelto. Como veis hay más experiencias malas que buenas y por algo es, son unos estafadores que juegan con la distancia y la ilusión de la gente y porque estoy lejos porque sino ya les hubiera hecho una visita. NO HACER PEDIDOS DESDE EL EXTRANJERO PORQUE ESTAFAN Y SE QUEDAN TU DINERO Y NO ENVÍAN NADA NI RESPONDEN LOS CORREOS.

Never recieved order or refund.
Kept emailing me to contact my bank. Why would Barclays steal my refund.
Haven't seen any good reviews on Facebook since.

I’ve been chasing them for days and days but they make excuses! System failure - liars

Come on trades and standards - sort them out

Order never arrived. When queried never received a response. Order was only for £9.19 so not worth chasing for refund but wish I’d read reviews beforehand. Very clearly a scam and the company should be shut down.

Sent what I ordered and followed up

Placed my order 4 weeks ago still waiting fo my order which now will not come nor will the refund which has been promised on numerous occasions. These people are definitely scammers and need closing down. I don’t even think their premises exist they maybe running this from another country. Mike

Commande jamais reçu. Plus d'un mois que j'attends un remboursement.

Ordered product never got it asked for a refund said 8 to 10 days never got it , hard to get in contact , don’t buy from this place scammers

Simple ordering and notification that ready for collection in 24 hours. When went to collect told order not on site due to storage issues which was frustrating to say the least. However this was 5.20pm and they delivered free of charge at 9.00am following morning. Not seamless but great recovery. Will use again and hopefully can upgrade to 5* review

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a scam. Took my money, never sent the items, sent email after email which was ignored, then eventually promised refunds that never arrived. I’m now having to go through my bank to get the money back. How they haven’t been shut down is a mystery!

Excellent service time scale so quick when delivered had a little query but recovered within 10 minutes of them receiving my email. Highly recommend
