Greenstove Solutions LTD Opiniões

The wood burning stove that was fitted looks very good. The fitters were friendly efficient and tidy. I would have given 5 stars but the broken edges of brickwork were going to be left exposed which would have looked awful. After a lot of arguement the edges were covered by two pieces of trim.

A 1970s concrete brick fireplace was knocked out and a glorious smart log burner was installed - the team at Green Stove Solutions took care of everything. I felt so confident after first meeting with them that I was happy to leave a key and let them get on with it while I was at work. It took about 3 days over three weeks which allowed us to decorate. Their shop is located in Wingham behind the garden centre which is well worth a visit too as they do very nice breakfasts. Thanks to everyone - lovely, friendly, helpful and tidy! Happy to recommend x

Would certainly recommend Greenstove Solutions. My experience was excellent from initial quote to finished project . All went as planned and the two chaps who fitted the stove couldn't have been any better . Respected our property and worked tiresly to finish on time

From the moment we first visited their shop we were impressed. The survey was prompt and they were helpful in recommending the best burner for our needs. Installation went very smoothly. All staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really good workforce ,from the initial contact in the shop and the excellent team
Who came to fit the stove. Also happy that they've got our backs if we have any issues or questions.

I have been lucky enough to have had my ecoboiler installed and looked after by Greenstove Solutions for 10 years now. I recently thought I had a problem which turned out not to be, and I was fully reassured by the speediness of Tom’s visit to check it out, and his explanation, knowledge and expertise. I can wholeheartedly recommend Greenstove Solutions for their professionalism and customer care, and expert advice whenever it’s needed.

Really great service from start to finish. Smooth and trouble free installation. We are so happy with our lovely new wood burner. The support from staff in store was amazing too, really couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks to all.

Know their stuff, excellent advice on appropriate stove, friendly and smooth, trouble free installation. And it's coffee with milk and one sugar, and tea with milk and two, just in case you want to make a note for when they come to you

From first contact to finishing the installation, the team at Greenstove were helpful, knowledgeable and obliging. We are delighted with our stove and I am writing this in front of it, feeling the heat, and watching the flames flickering round the log.

The installers are absolutely top notch and their approach is careful and considerate. You can have full confidence that they will do a very high quality installation.

Very professional and a great, neat job.

As always very helpful. Thanks for keeping our Stanley Stove going after all these years!

Wonderful service. No mess left. 100% recommend

I'd highly recommend Greenstove solutions ltd. From the shop to the fitters, everyone was a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work and the quality of the stoves they stock is exceptional. Very happy to recommend them.

From start to finish this was a seamless and enjoyable experience. We received great advice in the shop in Wincheap and due to the urgency the log burner was ordered and an appointment to fit made in days. The lads who fitted it were chatty and made no mess whatsoever. We got a full run down on how to use and clean the new burner and an offer for assistance if we got stuck. We thoroughly recommend this excellent firm.

excellent customer service quick to respond ,clean and tidy work, and they know what they are doing will use them again.
