Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend the Greenstove team.

Great piece of work and a lovely product from the guys at Greenstove Solutions. Would definitely recommend that you give them a call if you're thinking of having a Woodburner installed.

Really personal service, understanding what I needed and helping me to find the right thing without bringing up stoves that would not have worked
Really helpful and super flexible

Polite, arrived on time

Always a great service and lovely people

Very knowledgeable and efficient great job has now become our go to chimney sweep
Would certainly recommend to anybody
It’s a 10 from me

Excellent service from initially walking into the store to look at log burners, the onsite survey and the final installation of the stove.
The installation team were brilliant, done a good job of getting the flue into the attic and then through the roof. Neat and tidy job.
The fire is great and gives out a lot of heat, we should have done this 3 years ago.

...fast efficient service, from looking at what was needed to the installation, very helpful at the shop too.

Very good company to work with always on time clean leave no mess workers exceptionally great. What can say about them , I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Good team; reliable and communicated well, particularly when the installation proved more complex than first thought - kept upto date with progress and time scales well. Kept well informed. Worked tidily and cleaned up well afterwards. Really friendly, worked hard - no concerns, pleasure to have around

A very professional installation by knowledgeable teams.

We had a great service from Greenstove Solutions, after being let down by another company. They kept us aware of potential issues we might face, due to our chimney but in the end the installation went very smoothly and they gave us a discount from the price quoted, as there wasn't as much labour as initially thought.
I would recommend them for your stove needs, as they highly knowledgeable and reliable.

I had a log burner installed and am really pleased I chose Greenstove.eGreat customer service and after care, frindly and professional installers. I would certainly recommend Greenstove for any of your log burning needs.

Having wrestled with the pros and cons of a log burner for some time, I finally made a firm enquiry with Tom, who was excellent. I had to wait about 9 months to get it, but it was worth the wait. Connor and Ross were my fitters, and what an excellent job, very happy with the installation. There’s a couple of manufacturing defects to be sorted but I’m confident they will be dealt with.

Excellent service have used Greenstove twice now.

Great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. Great communication throughout. From visiting their showroom, our home visit survey, to the guys doing the fitting, faultless.
