So happy with the service, was paying way to much with last provider, but greyhound customer service told me the best plan to be on by the weights from my old provider. Been with them over a year now and would never change

Totally unprofessional company. Skip was supposed to arrive on Wednesday when I had workmen ready to fill it before they left my home having finished their work. Skip, despite under contract, did not arrive till the Thursday. Phoned many times to complain and requested call back from the manager which never materialised despite being assured on each occasion he would respond.
Bottom line is avoid them if you can as totally unprofessional

Update: Skip was delivered on Monday just after 12pm. Received no text or communication they were doing this. It was two days late.
We organised another skip to be delivered on Tuesday and they could not deliver the skip due to the greyhound skip being in the way. Customer service could not confirm what time the skip would be collected on the Tuesday. One of the worst service providers… stay clear at all costs.
Ordered a skip on Tuesday (3rd April), confirmed it will be delivered on Saturday between 7am and 7pm, which is the worst timeframe to provide a paying customer.
Rang three times on Saturday to find out where it was and the operator said he would ring back each time and never did.
Then rang a forth time at 3pm and their offices were closed
Extremely bad customer service and even worse service, will be looking for a full refund and will organise a skip with another provider.

collect bins weekly and promptly, if miss collection always contacted customer service who promptly rescheduled a collection for the following day for me. with them over a year and never had any problems

Made the switch from another supplier.
Great customer on-boarding - the rest has been a complete joke.
Weeks on phone, countless emails and promises to fix. Full bins still not collected despite 'management' level assurance.
Moved back to Panda.
Direct debit cancelled. Greyhound please collect your bins.

I ordered a skip paid €265 for it got a text to say it would arrive the Saturday between 7am and 7pm never arrived over a week later still no sign of my refund absolute joke of a company. Go elsewhere if your ordering a skip or getting your bins collected

Ordered a skip on Thursday and paid in full. Was confirmed to be delivered the next day between 7am & 7pm (which is one of the worst timeframe commitments I have ever seen) and though I called late afternoon it ever showed. Was promised it then for the following day, no show again. No explanation nothing though promised twice that day. That is not a service! I now await my refund and am taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely atrocious service have being trying to get bags for 2 weeks at this stage. They are very efficient at taking payment. Have wasted hours on the phone and in their chat room. No one can tell me when the bags might arrive. They have stopped supplying convenience stores so nowhere else to go. This company should have it’s licence revoked

Terrible Unreliable Service
Ordered a skip for delivery on a particular Friday in line with gardeners booked in for same day and the weekend. Greyhound said that they could not narrow the delivery time whatsoever and that delivery would be some time between 7am and 7pm. Seems pretty vague for a service provider these days. When I pushed for some indication of time they suggested that it should be before lunchtime so I went with that. Anyway nothing arrived by lunchtime so by 3pm had to let the gardeners go and I started chasing up with Greyhound. They assured me that it would be delivered that day. I called 4 times between 3 and 7pm and each time the rep advised that he’d call me back with info but never did. On each call they also reassured me that it would definitely be delivered that day. I realise now that this is just their standards bs. They said each time that they could not provide any further info. I called again at 7:30pm and now the rep told me that it would not be delivered that day but also that he could not guarantee that it would be delivered on the Saturday either!! So entire weekend wasted and had to pay the gardeners anyway. Avoid. Misleading customers with complete contempt.

I was unable to locate the 2022 calendar for collection in my area as a green bag customer. I spoke with Nick on web chat who addressed my concerns efficiently and effectively. Excellent customer service and user friendly system. Top marks for Nick

Terrible customer service, missed collections, careless bin returns, always making fake promises, fall back to cavemen mentality if you declare a want to leave them.

I used their service for less than a year. During this time, they missed or messed up at least 50% of the collections. I called or wrote an email to their support almost on a weekly basis. They always told me they are going to look into the issue and make sure it never happens again. And then the same thing happened again 1 week later. Sometimes it got better, but there was at least 1 month where they missed all collections. If they accidentally collected the bin, they always left the bin 5-10 meter away somewhere, in front of other neighbours. I was ashamed because my bin was blocking my neighbours access to their own doors. And then towards the end, they started leaving the bin on the other end of my street, ~50 meter away, on a busy corner. One time I found a dog poo packed in a sheet of paper in my bin after I found it and got it back. In total I maybe would have given 2.5 stars if it weren't for their disgusting and inhuman exit experience. I contacted them on Chat, who "looked into the issue" for 15 minutes, then my chat disconnected, then I reconnected, they practically started begging and promising multiple months of free service if I stay. I told them at least 5 times on the Chat that all I want is to quit. When they finally accepted this, they told me that I am going to receive callback from another team. This callback arrived pretty fast and they were outright rude and aggressive during the call and told me to write them an email in which I declare that I want to exit their service. I did that and they picked up the bins ~1 week later finally. In the meantime, they sent another SMS begging us to stay with even more free service, and they also sent a "join us again" letter with sentences that made laugh so hard. Quotes from the letter: "We will pick up your bins...It's what we do best", "Our customers gave use five-star on TrustPilot" and similar lies.
If you are thinking about using them for any reason, just don't!!!

Tried numerous times to hire a skip with greyhound. Finally got through to them on the phone and they kept saying they would ring me back with a delivery date and time. Never rang me back. Our skip finally got delivered and was filled but now they have hit us with an extra fee for the skip being over weight. No body in customer service ever mentioned this at all, not even once.
The money was taken straight from our account with no permission.
