Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with returns.

When you return items from the UK using your own courier (like Royal Mail), we unfortunately have no control over the shipping charges they apply—in your case, the £16 fee. On top of that, parcels need to pass through international customs. If the correct return reason codes and documents aren’t attached, customs can reject the parcel, which again is unfortunately outside of our control.

To prevent this from happening, we’ve introduced an easier return option directly on our website. For £8, you can select a prepaid label generated by us. This option allows us to manage the full customs process and paperwork on your behalf, ensuring the return goes smoothly without the risk of rejection.

We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. If you need help with a return in the future, we’d be happy to guide you through using our £8 label option.

In these cases, we aren’t notified and unfortunately have no control over the process until the parcel is either released or returned to you.
