Fantastic

Can't believe how fast the delivery was ,ordered the tracksuit 12.30pm on the Thursday was at my house for 10am next day & didn't pay for next day delivery.
Fantastic service!!!!
Brilliant quality ,went for the pink & check zip top ,skinny track bottoms & pink T,shirt to match, all stunning colours.
Of course no pic to show as I bought it for a present & don't want to ask to send a pic.
Will definitely be ordering again ,great price along with the fab service.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son as the website stated it would be delivered on time for Christmas. It only arrived on 9/1/25 after trying numerous methods to try and contact them and the delivery cost was extremely high. They do not respond to emails or their ‘contact’ Icon on their website. Only response I got is when I sent them a message on Instagram. This buying experience has been awful and will not purchase anything from their website again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience you’ve had with us. We understand how important it was for your son’s gift to arrive in time for Christmas, and we deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

After investigating your order, it appears that your parcel was regrettably lost by our courier partner, DPD, which led to the delay. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we acted immediately and dispatched a replacement order on the same day. While this replacement has now been delivered, we recognise that this resolution came far too late, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We also regret the communication difficulties you experienced during this period. Due to the holiday closure, we were unable to respond as promptly as we would have liked, but once we returned, we replied to your message within an hour and took steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and we are taking this feedback to improve our processes and ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

We value your trust and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Disappointed with late delivery after Xmas

Ordered 21st December and website stated the cut off for orders for Xmas delivery in Ireland was 23rd December. Contacted through instagram as my daughter ordered some items directly (that were hand delivered) but they couldn’t deliver my order with those and was told my order should be delivered by DPD on Xmas eve but the tracking status did not update since the 23rd. Was not delivered until 30th December. Very disappointed.

Not great

Very small sizes so had to return which isn't easy ...have to email them to confirm a return then have to return to Ireland cost £15 and its been there since the 11th of December and still NO refund
Tried to email but no reply 😕

If I could give 10 stars I would !

Amazing to deal with!!

I’ve bought 4 tracksuits off these now for my dad and he is obsessed with them won’t wear any other tracksuit, said they fit so well and always gets compliments in the gym or out and about! The nicest people to deal with reply's back really quick and never leaves me waiting around on a reply back! Bought the new jacket that’s only launched today I think could be wrong and shorts and had it delivered to me door within a few hours!! I avoid the likes of JD because they have either no sizes in anything or their delivery/returns is brutal!! Thank you again for always looking after me my da be delighted seeing a Griid bag under the tree again! Happy Christmas to you all have a good one, looking forward to buying more bits off use in 2025 can’t wait to see what’s to come !!

Impressed

First time ordering from GRID.. My Son was very happy as was i with the tracksuit. Seems to be popular with the teenagers. I would order again Quality is very good but Delivery was bit long. Although alot of posts were held up after the Storm. Could have been that. Overall it's a Yes from me.

Tracksuit great

Tracksuit great. Communication good but delivery DPD terrible, just dumped the order on the doorsteps with nobody home for all any everyone to see.You should seriously think about using a different delivery company. Will not use again because of this

Terrible place

I ordered from this website twice for my sons I would not recommend it to anyone. The first time I ordered they sent me the wrong bottoms then ignored my email. I then ordered another tracksuit for my son as he was persistent on getting one from there as all his friends did but they a week after I had bought the tracksuit they canceled my order because of a miscount. This left me and my son very disappointed so I don’t recommend ordering from here

Customer service 100%

Ordered a jacket for my son and he preferred a different colour..I emailed Griid who responded immediately with a step by step process for returns..Item returned and exchanged so quickly..Customer service was 100%..Quality of the product is excellent..Will definitely be ordering more items.
