Terrible customer service and shipping logistics. Two orders that I placed as gifts were both weeks late- one was placed 16 days ahead of the birthday date but still has not shipped. So, both orders will be too late to arrive on time as gifts. Check the other negative reviews and be forewarned.
DON'T ORDER THE GLOVES!
While the grill brushes are really great, receiving the gloves has been a joke. I ordered a pair of american grill gloves for my husband several weeks before Easter (April 2026). Today it's July 2 and I still haven't received them! I have reached out to the company via email. They keep telling me they will look into it and no resolution other than they are having issues with their distributer. Yet I continue to see commercials saying to hurry up and order before they run out. I have asked for my money back several times. Last week was the last time I asked for my money and then they stopped responding to me. DON'T ORDER THE GLOVES! And customer service isn't that responsive.

Grill Rescue is bad.
I ordered directly from their website. When I realized that they were charging $9.56 for shipping I immediately tried to cancel the order. No luck! I finally got a reply from Angela? who said I could refuse delivery from USPS. However, the brush was delivered by Amazon! I looked at Amazon and discovered it also sold the Rescue brush. Free shipping with Prime and no hassle returns. I think this is reprehensible that they do that and think they are dishonest. I have never used the brush and am still waiting for a return label. (Good luck with that.) There are better brushes on Amazon such as Grill Art. More expensive but works well and comes with an extra head.
Safety issue

If you're posting a public review based on this experience, here's a concise but detailed version:
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Grill Rescue.
I placed order on June 12, 2026, and paid an additional $18.53 for Priority Processing with advertised 48-hour delivery. Just three days later, on June 15, I contacted customer service and requested that my order be canceled and refunded because I no longer wanted the product. At that point, the order had not yet shipped, yet my cancellation request was denied without a satisfactory explanation.
To make matters worse, the order was not delivered until June 22—ten days after it was placed—despite the extra fee I paid for expedited processing and delivery. The service I received was nowhere near the advertised 48-hour timeframe.
Because Grill Rescue refused to cancel the order before shipment, I am now stuck with a product I no longer wanted. The package was delivered to friends in the United States, but I am currently outside the country and will not return until August. Returning the item is therefore impractical, and I would also be expected to pay return shipping costs despite my attempt to cancel before it shipped.
I was also frustrated to discover there is no simple online cancellation option and the customer service phone number available is so bad. Customers are limited to email communication, which in my experience was slow, ineffective, and unhelpful.
I purchased from Grill Rescue after seeing their television advertising and expected better customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. While I cannot comment on the product itself, the order management, shipping promises, and customer support were extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend Grill Rescue based on my customer service experience and believe the company should review how it handles cancellation requests and expedited shipping charges.

False advertising
The ads on TV are total c***. They claim that the metal brittle brushes that people use have actually killed people. And have put people in the emergency room. Could that be further from the truth?
I used Grill Rescue Fire Brush and nearly went to ER
I used Grill Rescue Fire Brush and suffered significant burns when I applied wet brush to my grill. Steam flared up immediately upon application.
Worse, when I reported to Fire Rescue, the customer service rep offered to sell me a pair of their supposedly fire retardant gloves. When I suggested they send me a free pair as a gesture of bona fide customer service, they offered a 20 % discount.
I think this dangerous situation deserved a better response, but more importantly please exercise caution with this product, if you even choose to use it - overpriced as it was.....

I ordered their smash n grab on kickstarter and still have not recieved it. They are somehow selling them online but the backers can’t get their product. Do not give these scam artists your money. Firefighter does not equal trustworthy.

Customer service is HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING - I ordered a rescue grill kit that included the reuse gloves - the gloves were missing from my order - first off - you can't speak to anyone - all communication is from email. Secondly "Anne" kept promising me the gloves with a generic email message - and then the gloves suddenly arrived 4 months later from the original delivery kit delivery when they were originally missing from - with no email about delivery - it was a surprise - you know what there are other companies that have that same sponge - gloves etc. I went to PC Richards which have THE BEST Customer service ever and you have a place and a person to talk with and see what you are buying - I highly recommend them.

Received order in December of 2025. Was missing part of order and it has been over 4 MONTHS and still no resolution. Asked for refund instead since they have never fulfilled order. Just keep pushing me off saying unexpected delay or sold out again. RICIDULOUS!!
Used the brush ONCE
Used the brush ONCE, and it broke, as the brush will not stay connected to the handle. I sent a email to their customer support and they responded requesting a video, I sent pictures and haven’t heard from them at all. Total crickets 🦗, I requested a new brush to replace the broken one. Again, crickets 🦗! This is a total waste of money IMHO.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My December order, which took several weeks to arrive, was incomplete. I was told I could return the received items for a refund if I didn't want to wait for the additional items so I chose to return them for a refund. I mailed them back per their instruction, at my own additional cost, and have been dealing with their "customer service" for OVER TWO MONTHS now trying to get my refunds. They now have all the products I shipped back AND all my money! The only way I even got them to initially respond to me was after I filed a complaint through the BBB. It's so infuriating for a company to be so dishonest and deceptive. I tell anybody I can to NEVER use this company!

This review documents my personal experience with this company and the timeline of my order.
• Order placed: December 20, 2025
• Partial order received: Date unknown for remaining item (never delivered)
• No communication from the company regarding a delay or backorder within the first 30 days.
After waiting nearly two months, I contacted the company.
• February 16, 2026 – Customer service responded stating they had just received a shipment of the item I ordered and that my order would ship immediately.
• February 19, 2026 – I was informed that my order had already shipped and that they were waiting on a tracking number from their fulfillment department.
No tracking number was ever provided and no shipment was received.
• March 5, 2026 – After multiple follow-up emails, the company responded stating that the product had sold out immediately after a restock and that they expected another restock in 2–3 weeks.
This statement conflicts with the February 19 communication indicating that my order had already shipped.
I have requested either delivery of the product or a refund for the undelivered item. At the time of writing this review, the issue has not yet been resolved.
I initially chose to purchase from this company because it promotes itself as a first responder–owned small business, and as a veteran I wanted to support that. I hope the company resolves this matter promptly.

I ordered in the middle of Dec 2025, and here we are now in the middle of Feb!
I’m still waiting for the product! I contacted them at least 3 times and they always apologized profusely, promising that I would receive my product in the next week or two.
And the reason for the delay was blamed on the postal service!
This is a complete rip off scam company and they should be put out of business. Do not order from this company.
