Deceptive Subscription Policy
The product is fine, but the website is deceptive. There is a hyperlink to learn more about subscriptions, which most consumers would not click on as we all know how subscriptions work.
That's the catch, subscriptions on this site are different. If you thought you were signing up for a subscription to ship every three months, you did, but you are also not allowed to cancel the sub until you have had three shipments.
The fact that subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the "cycle" has ended and this is not CLEARLY stated on the purchasing page when a consumer chooses a subscription is very deceptive. I wouldn't have even signed up for a subscription if this was made clear at the time.
The company knows that consumers will most likely not click on the link to find out how subscriptions work so the consumer is at the mercy of this ridiculous policy. No commerce site does business like this, at least not the reputable ones.
All of my interactions have been over email thus far and I have asked in my last email for this to be escalated to a supervisor.
Broke after three uses
One of the tabs that holds the brush to the handle broke after the third use. I tried multiple times to reach support about this and got the exact same canned response each time
"Sorry your gear took a hit — that’s not how we do things at Grill Rescue.
Could you send us a quick photo of the damage and send it back with your reply?
Once we see it, we'll roll out a replacement faster than you can flip a burger."
I sent the photo each time and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing.
Terrible product and customer service
I did order one plus a refill pad. And received it, I could not get the cleaner pad off even after watching their video. Had my brother try removing and the plastic clip broke.He watched their video too. I have emailed them 3 times and crickets. So done ordering anything from Instagram unless I check out trust pilot first.
Stay Away from Grill Rescue
Like many, I’m finding out, I ordered the Grill Rescue brush over two weeks ago and all I’ve received is multiple emails saying the order has been shipped. First one said it was shipping via UPS. Days later I received a shipment cancellation notice that also indicated that the order would be shipped, instead, via USPS. When I check the new tracking number it says the package has not been picked up yet. No replies to multiple emails to the company and I cannot find a phone number to speak with them directly.
Ghosted.
I could accept an explanation for a delay but there has been no communication at all. This company is not reliable. The order was placed thru their website. I highly recommend not sending this company your money.
Just tried to email them again from their website but the link to send did not work. I attempted again using my own email and it was returned as undeliverable due to full mailbox. This tells me they have abandoned the business.
It appears, currently, that they intend on keeping my money. I will be addressing this with the BBB after posting this review. If I have not received a refund by Friday, 25 July 25, I will be filing a report with the state’s attorney general for fraud.

I was finally able to establish contact with the company via the Better Business Bureau once I filed a complaint. I asked that they keep the product and refund my money. They proceeded with the order but, after another exchange via the BBB, indicated that they would provide a shipping label and provide a full refund once they received the product back.
Since the BBB contact, the company has been quite responsive, and I received the shipping label today. It's a pity they couldn't have been as communicative without the BBB involvement, as I was looking forward to trying the product. However, I will not do business with any organization that is so unresponsive.

I placed an order and have yet to receive the product. I have sent 5 emails with zero response. When I put in my order number to track shipping, the response I get is “order not found”. There is no phone number I can find to call and inquire about my order. I will have to call credit card company to refund money if I do not get a response very soon.
No customer service, brush not delivered after two weeks
Brush was ordered 14 days ago and still not delivered and has not moved on tracking. Customer service is useless. Only reply with scripted responses.

I placed an order for Father’s Day I spent 69.99 for a gift that never arrived. You call DHL and it say it’s waiting. It has not moved from original location. I tried calling, left numerous emails to no avail.

Good product, can't say the same for customer service
Really like the grill cleaner. However, when i received my order, the dunk tank for the cleaner head was on pre-order. I have emailed the company and also called with no resolution on when I am getting this product. Very disappointed

This is a tentative review. I did a kickstarter with this company, as I liked their ideas and message. Their website proclaimed a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee of ALL of their products, regardless of use or reason, so I decided to give them a shot. What a mistake.
I got the product and, while I really liked the grill brush, the caveman grills were not for me, so I asked for a refund. I was told they don't give a refund because it was bought through Kickstarter. I'm sorry, but, if I bought a companies product, it wouldnt matter where I got it from, the guarantee still stands. Nowhere in the kickstarter page nor on their website did they make a legal disclaimer stating a stipulation to their refund policy. I spent enough money that this warranted a legal dispute. Shame on this company for not honoring it's guarantee.
