Don't bother trying to contact customer service. Its non existent
Order defaulted to my old address which I accept is completely my fault. However I sent an email 5 minutes after the order explaining what I had done.
A week later still haven't heard anything back from my email. Customer service is absolutely non existent.

Socks are good. However customer service for returns is dreadful 3 emails sent with out response. However the only response I get is asking for feedback.

My daughter loves these socks
My daughter loves these socks, we've tried other brands but these are her favorite. We ordered a bundle of 4 and they arrived really promptly so an all round fantastic experience.

Be prepared not to receive your product and to be ignored
I’ve not received the product or a reply to my e-mails.
I ordered the socks on 14th April with 1-2 day delivery. It is now over two weeks and I haven’t received them but I get hounded to review the product. I have sent 3 e-mails through the website with no response.
