Absolutely awful company and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s a spam. I ordered socks which cost almost £30. They never arrived. Looking at delivery information the parcel was put outside a door I do not recognise. In 10 year’s of having deliveries this has never happened. I contacted the company via their email address and had no response. I then contacted them again via their online form and still had no response. I have tried to find a contact phone number but there isn’t one. I have just sent my 3rd email. Absolutely dreadful. I do wonder if they just pretend to post and never do but instead take your money or whether they don’t care at all about their customers. Please don’t buy anything from them.

My parcel says delivered but it has not come . I checked my doorbell and garage camera and no delivery from Royal mail .

Socks are ok - ordered 4 pairs but received one wrong size, emailed twice to exchange and sent website enquiry form, heard nothing back - zero customer service, the returns policy on website means nothing f

Update 05/10/2024:
After several weeks, I have finally received a response from Gripix. They were very apologetic as they are dealing with a backlog of queries. They were able to send out replacement pairs at no extra charge, which I am grateful for.

I have amended my review from 2 stars to 4. As I mentioned in my original review (copy below), had it not been for the delay in customer service, I would have happy provided a 5-star review. In any case, I am so pleased the matter has now been resolved.

I hope the seller can continue to clear the backlog of queries as the improvement in customer service will only complement their excellent quality socks and prompt shipment methods.

I recently ordered six pairs of socks from the seller (16 September). They were delivered promptly (18 September) and the quality of each pair is wonderful. I have already used four of the six pairs for yoga, and I can easily say that they look great, grip well, and fit comfortably around my feet.

Unfortunately, the customer service for a refund in non existent, and I feel let down by the seller.

I have requested a refund via the seller's online web enquiry form and have sent multiple follow up emails since 19 September, and I have not yet received a reply to any of these. As I write this, it is now 27 September.

Sadly, the seller inadvertently sent a smaller pair of red socks (even though I ordered the large size), and a couple of other pairs were not the same design as what was photographed/shown online.

Let down by the lack of customer service, despite the seller's website mentioning that they will respond within 24 hours, I have decided to write this review instead and gift the smaller red pair away to a friend.

I don't normally write these types of constructive reviews, but I am hoping the seller can check their query/ticket system and emails, and even this review, so that they can take some sort of action. There might be some customers who are more frustrated or disappointed than I, or others who need their query or refund request to be approved urgently, so that they are not out of pocket.

Had it not been for this poor customer service experience, I would have happily provided a 5-star review.

Ordered green colour long socks, received illuminous. Last week emailed customer service asking for the exchange no one got back to me. Send another email at the beginning of this week and still waiting for a reply.

Daughter was happy with the socks but after her first training session with them she was caught and a small hole has happened straight away! Could do with being a little thicker or maybe she’s just unlucky! She plays U12s girls football!

The socks arrived really quickly. I wear them for everyday as well as for running. They have stopped me getting sore spots on my feet which no other socks I have tried have achieved

Do not use this company. Ordered two pairs of socks and was sent wrong colour. Emailed twice and absolutely no communication and no other way to contact them. Avoid!!!

Shocking customer service. Twice I've ordered and both times I've not had any correspondence regarding my order and don't bother trying to contact them as they take forever to get back to you.

Order a pack of 10 but received 1 roll for £9.99, appalling service and clearly a scam.

It was easy to order and the goods were delivered very quickly and were just what we wanted.
