Received a pair on time which I ordered but upon receiving them I realised I had ordered the wrong size, clearly my fault.
However trying to get in contact with this company is impossible regarding a return. Customer service clearly very poor

I ordered 5 pairs of grip socks for my husband as he has come out of hospital for knee op and didn't want him slipping! Order was placed on Friday, it's now Weds, what happened to 24 hour delivery. I'm not impressed!

Great product range and great prices. But without doubt the star of the show is the most efficient delivery I have ever encountered in decades of internet shopping. Just brilliant. And the socks are perfect.

My feet are 10 and the socks are quite tight (but ok). I can’t see them fitting larger feet comfortably.

I was impressed with quality but the customer service lets the company down . I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to arrange a return because the kids socks are too big , I have sent numerous emails and completed the online contact form . I have had no response and constantly checking my junk mail.

Looking for a sock that gives a bit more grip inside my Metcons and these are superb also add very good comfort as well

I found out about Gripix after researching the socks to be reasonably priced. Many options and colours of socks which I found 2 to my liking. I went ahead and ordered them, however for 2 days I had not received any updates regarding delivery and found out there was an issue. I contacted customer support, thankfully I got a speedy reply from Amy, expressing their apologies regarding delay of delivery. They fast tracked the order (delivered the following day) + provided an additional pair of socks due to the inconvenience caused and I was truly grateful for it. Very happy with customer service and the quality of the socks!

went for these over a previous other make version, based on delivery time and charge, arrived quite quickly, but for my size the large socks are far too big, as the grip parts ride up the heel, making it more difficult to actually put my boots on. plus the material then allowed my feet to slide around in them rather than stay put on my feet. i was going to return them, but based on other reviews and returns policy, i decided it looked too much hassle. live and learn, they will go in the bin or get donated to someone with bigger feet in that size range
