My oasis stopped working dueing an upgrade. We trouble shooted for a couple weeks. When nothing would work they sent me a new one that works perfectly! Excellent customer service! Very willing to assit in anyway.We LOVE our Oasis! Thank you!! Ps. Shaye is top notch!

I had a problem with my side table about 4 months in. The customer service was excellent and very responsive. Unfortunately my table cannot be revived, but they are sending me a replacement. I know this is a fairly new company and things will happen, but they readily made things right.

We absolutely love our Oasis Mini. When we started getting the dreaded Error 16, we were so bummed — our little zen garden was officially out of commission. I reached out to see if any support was available, and wow… there sure was. Within 24 hours, I had a reply acknowledging the issue, apologizing, and offering a fix to try.

We tried. And tried... A few days and a few software updates later, no luck. Eventually, our Oasis Mini was deemed unrepairable.

But here’s where it gets good: Grounded Labs stood by their word and handled everything with genuine care and compassion. They resolved the situation and we couldn’t be happier. HUGE shoutout to Shaye for their patience and incredible support — and to Thalia and the Dev Team as well. Truly outstanding.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Thank you, Grounded Labs. Honestly.

I have ordered from this company a few times and every time I do I am very satisfied with them. The products are exactly what I expect and the shipping time is very reasonable. But the best part is the communication. This company keeps you updated every step of the way. You aren't left wondering when your items will get there or what step of the shipping process your items are in. I love my Oasis and I look forward to ordering more in the future.

Quick response times for customer support and even the owner got involved on his own behalf. How often can you say that. It wasn't even a major issue, he just wanted to make sure things were taken care of

I was having an issue getting my side table reconnected to grounded labs. A quick reply from Zach let me know the issue was theirs and shortly after, everything was working properly again.

Not only did he get right back to me, he gave a code for a credit due to outage.

I 100% love my Oasis sand coffee table from Grounded Labs. While perhaps an indulgent purchase, I have never regretted it!
There had never been any real problems with my table either. I've had some questions and perhaps technical glitches, likely influenced by me, but that's it! One consistent thing is I never worry if I have a silly cry for help, someone, will answer my call! 🥰

The Oasis Mini is good, it’s really cool and relaxing to watch. The only downside (and a pretty major one at that, especially as a £100 item) is that my item worked for 3 days then became faulty and couldn’t connect to the app again. I contacted support and was met with a surprisingly helpful AI response which did show signs of resolving the problem but ultimately didn’t actually fix anything so the item is still not useable in it’s current state. I am now awaiting a response from a human but haven’t been given a timeframe as to how long to wait.

My Oasis Mini was delivered as expected and well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. I had an issue with the wall connector which was addressed quickly with good communication. Lovely to watch the designs emerge!

I've ordered 3 of the Oasis minis, 2 just recently. My order was lost and Ron got me another one in like 3 days. Above and beyond awesome in my book. Thank you Ron and Grounded labs for your caring and excellent customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with Groundedlabs' customer support. They went above and beyond to help me source replacement sand for my Oasis Mini, even though it is not currently shipped to Europe. They took the time to answer all of my questions and arranged a complimentary shipment to Greece. The entire process was friendly, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. It's rare to come across this level of customer care, and I'm truly grateful for the support I received!

I pre-ordered the coffee table knowing it was going to have a shipping delay. The product arrive when they said it would. With that being said, the wait is DEFINITELY worth it. I give the customer service and the product a 10/10. Highly recommended!

I love this machine and love the fast customer service. I always look forward to the new designs, and there are many, and always new ones added regularly. I am always amazed with looking at the small metal ball making the perfect designs, and being able to control the endless different types of lighting effects is a huge bonus.

Love their patterns. Bought a side table for the home. So much fun that I got a mini for my clinic. Then ordered their new larger one to put in my waiting room. Had a software issue that they responded and quickly solved for me. Highly recommended. There are other similar type which I previously purchased. Oasis much better. More patterns and Great customer service. Don’t buy the others.

They have not shipped anything and there is no way to get hold of them. DO NOT BUY

Loud. I emailed them to inform. They just told me it wasn’t that loud and that what I was hearing wasn’t that bad. I showed them their claim on the website as being whisper quiet. They ghosted me after that and now I’m stuck with a noisy machine. A shame, because otherwise it’s nice

wonderful product and customer service! I was having troubles setting it up after changing internet locations with it and they responded very quickly to my message and were able to instruct me on how to get it working again. Kinda sad about it, since I didn't get to keep it for myself, but happy it is now working in its intended home with my Mom!

I love the Oasis MIni, i had been wanting one a while and my daughter bought me one for my birthday, Love it!!! There is so many pictures via the app to use, The app and use are very easy to navigate. Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, connected to the WiFi super quick, love how you can change the light, do your own pictures to use, so easy to set up and use. Would love other coloured sands available in UK which they have said should happen next year!! Very quick to reply to my queries regarding this. 100% would buy other products if they become available for shipping to Scotland. If you have been on the fence regarding this product, Go for it you wouldn't be disappointed its very relaxing and watching the ball turn lines in sand into some really cool pictures whats not to love!! Such a brilliant idea.

Amazing. this table is so sweet. I purchased the coffee table. I find myself watching it instead of my TV. At first I was all like "hurry up finish the picture" but now this thing has help me with being patient. I feel calmer when Im around it. There support team here is very helpful and attentive. They got back to me within a day. It even was delivered a week early. I even put a ticket in for getting there new rectangle table, I cant wait for that one. Thank you so very much for creating a piece of art that is affordable.
