These are the best shoes for support and balance. And another good thing is the balance provided. For myself I have Parkinson disease and the shoe has provided me more balance than and stability for an 80 year old.

False advertising

I have polyneuropathy. The ads claim it assists with neuropathy pain. No it doesn’t.
This company claims money back guaranteed. No they do not. They offered me 25-30% of my money back and I can keep the (useless to me) shoes; or, I have the option to pay for my own shipping and still only get back the low percentage that I paid.
I remarked to the operator that, “ …apparently they don’t accept returns,” I was told, “No.”

Happy, painless feet!

As I have gotten older, it seems my feet have widened out, and I often had pain on the ball of my foot. By having the zero-drop shoe, my weight is shifted to my heel, and my feet are so much happier! I have three pair and are waiting for one to come out in blue. My feet thank you!

Typical internet customer service.

My rating is solely based on customer service. I requested a return months ago as I already had a pair from a previous purchase elsewhere. Nothing has happened yet from them and they have the shoes I sent. I am paying double for one pair of shoes, so they had better be great.

Hazel the customer service agent did a great job. She answered my questions about the grounded freedom footwear. She was professional and nice.
Hazel also looked for info on a sister company for grounded sheets when I asked if you carried that product.
I'd give her a high score because she did a good job.
And I also like the shoes.

Excellent Cusromer Service

I found Customer Service to be very helpful in all respects. Unfortunately the barefoot shoes I ordered just would not work for my feet. I contacted Customer Service to schedule a return for my shoes and it was as transparent and easy as anything could ever be.
Once the shoes were delivered to the address, as given to me by Customer Service, my refund was submitted to me immediately.

I definitely think they are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Awesome results from wearing these shoes

Well, I suffer from veinous insufficiency. I have had it for 16 years now. For the first time since buying these shoes, I have been able to stand for more than 45 minutes without pain. It was LIKE WOW for me. Walking is so much easier. I gotta buy me some more of these shoes. They are the greatest! Just wish they came in a few extra different colors.

I'm a bit torn

I'm a bit torn. I'm excited to try the shoes, however, my first encounter is to look elsewhere. I ordered my size, wick is what they instruct. I received the 2 pair, and one was a women's 8, the other, a 7.5. The 8, my size, was too snug to even get my toes to the tip of the shoe, my toes were crammed. Off it came. I had ordered with a special, so definitely looking forward to trying.
Well, in requesting to return they offered 30% for me to keep them... what am I going to do with 2 pair that I cannot wear... their response.... gift them. What? Okay, we will give you 50% off to keep the wrong size, and gift them. Then you can reorder the right size.
Hmmm. I followed your directions, and ordered my size. Too small. You sent one size smaller than I ordered, and I have to pay to ship them back. 13.05 through USPS. I would absolutely be okay with paying half since their warehouse made an error on one of the pairs.
I hope these shoes are worth it.

Horrible customer service… and a little shady

I bought a pair of shoes from them about a year ago. I love the shoes. I was keeping my eye on the price which was always right at $80.
Then boom! A 50% discount! Sweet!
Well, not really. All they did was double the price and then claim a 50% discount.
Shady right?
I swore I wouldn’t buy from them again. I got a hole in the top of it and saw they were $67. Cool! I bought two pairs of 11’s, a black one and a sandy brown. Weird, they’re too small. I opted to return them. They went back and forth with 4-5 emails trying to give me a discount and keep them and other negotiations.
They finally got the message that I wanted to return them and told me I need to pay to ship them and to include tracking them ($15). I was told to track the shipment myself and email them when it showed they were delivered.
I got another email trying to negotiate them. Really? They were just delivered. So yet again, I had to tell them I don’t want the shoes. A 12 would be too big.

Finally, a return email saying they refunded my money and to expect the funds in something like 5-10 business days.
But wait, why was a shorted $10?
Oh, that’s the fee to restock them.
As much as I like these shoes, I’ll never do business with this company again.

The Grounded shoes are painless!

The Grounded shoes are painless! And that says a lot when it comes to footwear, especially for people who have wide feet. I have one caution to share however. When you first wear them, do so for short periods, because they will change your alignment and that can be uncomfortable if the change is too fast. I believe that foot problems are really the result of misalignment of backs shoulders and hips which all the inserts in the world will not change. Improvements need to be done with care and attention however. My Grounded shoes have turned out to be wonderful for travel when you have to sit maybe for hours at a time. They did not interfere with circulation and when I arrived at the end of my trip, they were still comfortable! all in all I wear these and my five finger shoes which I feel give my feet more information and stimulation...

Horrible Return Policy

I bought these shoes and wore them at home for a week. When I decided they fit well, I wore them for my 3 mile morning walk. After that they caused my feet to lean inward. I contacted the company for a return but they said their policy is: "Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee requires that items be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Even brief use—especially outdoors—affects the condition and eligibility for a return." Since the advertisement shows use on trails and streets, I feel this is false advertising and their return policy doesn't allow you to wear the shoes at all! Buyer beware!

I am a 68 year old woman feeling light…

I am a 68 year old woman feeling light and agile wearing these shoes. Easy to slip on and off. I wear them walking the dog on the sidewalk as well as in the woods. I feel more alive in them. The company ships out my order quickly. I just ordered my second pair as ive worn out my first in a year.

What a great shoe

I now have 4 pairs of these great shoes. Wore out one white pair and had to reorder. Extremely light weight but solid and great arch supports also. You can’t go wrong with these great shoes

I love these shoes

I love these shoes. I even have friends loving them. I am older and my balance has gotten so much better in the year that I have had them. If there is a fit problem and need to be returned for a larger or smaller size it is an ease. They answer email when they say and instructions are sent right away.

BEWARE

I ordered the Grounded barefoot shoe size I wear, 6, and it was too small so went up 1/2 size. So far so good. Replacement shoe seemed better, but as I wore it throughout the day it too felt as if my toes were being scrunched. Upon taking the shoes off I found the insole folded up under my heel and my feet hurt worse than ever. I asked for a refund and David pointed out that since I’d worn the shoes a part of a day I wasn’t eligible for a refund because the policy says they have to be returned in original, unused condition. How are you supposed to know if they work for you if you don’t wear them? And to return them, it costs another $13.61 on top of the original cost of the shoe. On the positive side, he did answer me promptly.
I just feel the policy puts you in an impossible position, so be sure to read it carefully before buying this shoe.

Good bye to pain from Morton's Neuroma

I have suffered with Morton's Neuroma for years. My left foot would, at worst, cause me great pain, at best, discomfort. I have even resorted to cortizone shots in my foot. I now have 3 pair of the original, lightweight shoe and 2 pair of the new product, "Evolve". I can walk again without pain. Once when I had a problem with an order it was resolved quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. I am so grateful that I found these shoes!

Returns are a headache. On line was extremely slow. Finally gave up and mailed them back. Worst company II have ever dealt with.

After having surgery and being off my…

After having surgery and being off my feet for over half a year. It hurt to stand bear foot on any surface (tile, carpet, grass, everything). The Grounded footwear allow me to stand and walk where ever I want to go. I love them so much I bought a second pair. It truly is like walking bear foot.
