The gloves took a wrong turn with the…
The gloves took a wrong turn with the shipping dept. But when I did finally receive them , the wait was well worth it! In addition I was reimbursed 15% on my order! I would rate 5 stars for gloves
and customer service support.

Disappointing Quality and Lack of Accountability
I purchased these gloves for my husband for Christmas based on the website’s claims that they “protect against impact, abrasions, and harsh conditions,” including harsh weather. In January, he decided the weather was finally good enough to take his motorcycle out, and given the advertised protection, his hands should have been fine. Unfortunately, the gloves did not perform as described.
I reached out to the company to explain what happened and also noted that the second pair of gloves we purchased hadn’t even been opened yet.
Their response was:
“I want to sincerely apologize that the quality of the gloves was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, as the order is outside of the 30-day return window, we are unable to proceed with any further actions.”
I replied that I’m a business owner myself, and there is always something that can be done for an unhappy customer. Their follow-up response was:
“I completely understand why you’re frustrated, and I’m truly sorry this situation has been disappointing. We genuinely appreciate you explaining the condition of the gloves and offering to provide photos. As much as we would like to make an exception, our return policy allows refunds within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, once that window has passed, our system does not permit us to process a refund… We simply have to follow the policy consistently for all orders.”
At this point, I’m unsure whether the reviews on their website are legitimate. Based on our experience, the gloves are simply not worth the price. I’m not someone who complains easily, but given the quality of the product and the company’s unwillingness to stand behind their claims, I felt it was important to speak up.

I am an ironworker by trade
I am an ironworker by trade so I am outside year round so when it got cold in Jan I find the gloves don't keep my hands warm when temps are in the 20's. Gloves do above average with heat from a fire but falls short on low temp. Still testing cut resistance soon as we begin installing the wall and roof sheets. At present I will say they have held up better than most gloves under same time frame and would still purchase another pair based on performance.

The product advertised as fire resistant and bullet proof. The actual items is neither and sized smaller than other gloves.

I had a good experience
I must say I have read many reviews and didnt quite have the same experience. I didn't have a weird issue with the tracking number and customer service was prompt and gave me a link that always seemed to get me tracking info. When I ordered the gloves I read the sizing chart and due to other experiences I choose the next size up. I wasnt disappointed bc I feel i have an odd size hand and errored on the side of being a little big. The gloves arrived and they were a perfect fit. I didnt see that they had a high heat rating nor did I see that They were Kevlar. I dont think they would keep my hands warm extremely well below 25-30 degrees however they aren't really insulated. That being said they were warm and and comfortably tight or snug as one may say. They seem well built and I believe they are probably cut resistant. I primarily was looking for Gloves to take to the gun range and to do some random things handling some lumber and such. The knuckles seem very protective and id have no issues hitting them on a hard service.

follow up: finally got gloves about 3 wks after this review posted
1 month later I still haven't gotten my gloves. I got an email from them 1 week after making the order and they said "looks like your recon gear has reached its destination. And now we want to hear your field report." Emailed them and asked to have a tracking number because it hasn't arrived and haven't heard back from them. I will call my credit card company and file a fraudulent sale claim.
4/1/26 gloves actually came about 3 weeks after this review and seem great. haven't tried to see if they are knife proof yet.

Input after first use.....
all good up to this point. the gloves have not yet arrived.
the OD green gloves arrived yesterday...very sturdy, fit is perfect for my hand, very comfortable. I was able to use my phone with the gloves on . I tried a .knuckle banging' task- tightening a bolt under my workbench with a small socket - the gloves did not interfere with the procedure and my protected my knuckles. At this stage I am impressed.... I will keep you folks posted as I put them through more places.
