Grove Sales Ltd Opiniões

Great price and incredibly quick delivery, puts Amazon to shame :)

I required an ESD drinking water bottle to comply with my companys ESD regulations.
I hunted the interweb for ages to find one that both met ESD standards and compliance with food regulations.
So was thrilled to find this one from a UK supplier, as most are from the US with longer delivery times.
The bottle is smaller than I normally have at 600ml, I'm used to a litre bottle, but that is just my personal preference. I'm assuming you can put warm water in, as it's aluminium.
It's a nice bottle, and has the EN 61340 ESD logo on it and it doesn't leak.
The website was easy to navigate and was regularly informed of my orders status.
Delivery was literally the next day, I'd ordered the items at around 11pm-ish, so, very impressed.
FedEx was the delivery company, who was great, they kept me informed via tracking and emails and their delivery guy had a great sense of humour, esp when asked, for most likely the umpteenth time, about "Wilson" the volleyball by him indoors.
I'll definitely use this company again, should I need anything and can highly recommend them.
Thank you to everyone at Grove Sales. ☺️

Micommunication regarding delivery timescale swiftly dealth with. Communication issue now resolved.

After contacting several Companies for the best soldering station to suit my needs, Grove proved to be the only one really interested in giving me the advice I needed.
I visited their premises to collect my new soldering station and was given a complete demonstration on why their advised soldering station was the best to suit my requirements.
This is a Company to be trusted with sound friendly advice and the right priced quality goods.
Thank you to Grove, my new soldering station is just what I required. I was delighted with and thanks again for your advice and help.

Competitively priced product with quick delivery

Brought a magnification light for one of our dental technicians to assist their daily work. Product was exactly what we needed and the price was much lower than we found elsewhere and a more superior product. Buying process was very smooth and item arrived next morning. Well packaged, great company communication by Lisa and technician thrilled with the product. We will definitely use the company again. highly recommended.

Great Prices & fast delivery. Many thanks.

With everything you need for your ESD controlled area at good prices, I used Grove previously to equip my Workshop. So when my workshop burnt down (beware of Li Ion batteries) I checked the market again and re-ordered from Grove as they were still the best value for money.

I was looking for a particular brand of high quality solder which is pretty hard to come by in the UK and Grove Sales was one of the only places in the country which had it in stock at a fair price, without huge lead time for delivery.

Having not heard of Grove Sales before I was a little tentative as there is a lot of fake solder on the market, so decided to call in and query details of a product.

The phone was answered very promptly by office manager Lisa Greenwood who said she would find the info I needed and asked if would I prefer a callback or an email, I opted for an email.

In less time than it took for me to make a cup of tea, I recieved the courteous, clear and concise email answering my query, I wish I received such great service was everywhere, thanks Lisa! :D

My order was dispatched quickly, packaged well, arrived on time and the solder was exactly what it purported to be.

Needless to say any fears I may have had about a company I hadn't heard of in the space before were completely allayed, so I think I just found my new electronics supplier.

Excellent thanks

Shopping online at Grove Sales Ltd a pleasurable experience. Their website was nicely laid out and well structured. It took me no time at all to find what I was looking for. They have a well stocked storefront with prices to suit every pocket. I was informed both of my orders acceptance and despatch. I chose the cheapest delivery method. However my goods were quick to arrive by Parcelforce. I found them to be really well packaged and in a perfect condition. Thanks for looking after me so well and I will be back soon.

Received promptly, thank you!
