Best price on the internet
I bought 2 more Swann-Morton scalpel handles so that I could still continue to use blunter blades on less exact projects. Again like the blades bought a week ago the price was the best on the internet including postage.

Personal service
It's great in this age of internet sales to find a company with the personal/family feel, a company that will go out of their way to make sure the customer gets the best service and best deal possible.
Also, thanks for hand delivering the bubblewrap when we were stuck!

As per our e-mail conversation this morning we sent a confirmation on the 7/2 when you placed the order which stated delivery would be 21/2. We haven’t had any contact since then, but can assure you this is no “scam”. After seeing this review we contacted you straight away and issued a full refund as requested.
