Garbage product, nothing like the flowers are shown online. Lucky to fill a barbie sized vase! Quality is junk. Just keep replying to my messages requesting to return for refund with a bogus link. Shipping way longer than indicated. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The UV-resistant artificial tulips are stunning. It is not only functional but also adds a unique touch to my garden. What amazed me constantly was their realistic look. The design is impressive. I am truly satisfied with this purchase.

What was advertised was not anything like what I received! SOOO disappointing! FIRST... The package took over a month to receive. When I did get package it was bent up and crammed into a small plastic bag. I got smelly, small, very cheap leaves. I could get the same at the dollar store tbh. When I complained they said it would be too expensive to send back to them. What a scam! sell crap and make it too expensive for consumer to send back...

Ordered two artificial fern from this company based on a social media picture of what I would be getting. what I received instead, which took forever was pitiful. Even putting all the pieces together, I still had nothing resembling even one of the original items I supposedly ordered.
The company was supposed to be US based but It was not it’s in China and they had the nerve to tell me they had moved their warehouse back to China and that’s where I had to mail my product back to if I wanted my $4 refund, I went back-and-forth with them and they told me they would give me $11 but I would need to spend between $20 and US$30 to mail it back to them and hope it went through customs!

Just wish FB fact checked their advertisements like they do other content, But they’re making money too, so why do they care?

They are a fraudulent company. They are using the same birdhouse pictures featuring a disabled American Veteran as the creator. Received a toy like house that I could hold in my hand. Went through PayPal to get a refund, sent pictures, documents and after several back and forth texts got $8 back for a$40 purchase! Buyer Beware!

I wish I had read these reviews first! I ordered petunias and got hibiscus flowers. The review said they were realistic looking but are anything but. I’m trying to deal with them now for a refund, but it’s not gonna happen. They’ve told me I got exactly what I ordered and they’re sorry I’m not satisfied. I also made the mistake of paying by Visa, which since then has been compromised and I had to cancel it. Bottom line, wrong product, poor quality, and a compromised visa card. Run!

Absolute scumbag company, avoid at all costs.
They send you daily "shipping logs" that your goods are allegedly making their way through America, yet they send cheap TAT from China and not even the right item!
They'll send you a cheap peice of crap worth about a pound after you've paid out £20/30 and then when you complain, tell you you need to send it back to China at YOUR own expense, incurring even more costs.
I went through PayPal and they didn't even address the issues I was making, just kept going round in circles, saying I'd been sent the right product (which I hadn't) and I'd have to send it back to China!
I just ended up giving up on it after PayPal closed the claim because the time limit had "run out" ( or some rubbish?)
AVOID THIS BOGUS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - if you want to keep your money?!
SCUMBAGS!!!!

So, six months after my review of growhabity I see their response to my review asking for my order number etc.
I would never engage again with this fraudulent company in any way! I stand by the multiple complaints about their company as listed previously on my review:

They don't even deserve a star at all! I ordered last March 16 and paid via credit card. It is now June, and nothing has been delivered. Every time I wrote them asking about the status of my order, they gave many excuses and even blamed it on the courier, even saying in one of their replies that they had sent a replacement and to wait for a few more days! If there's a group of victims who have been scammed by this website, I would like to be part of it! The amount is not important. I only ordered less than $80, but it would be good to give scammers like them a darn good lesson they will never forget! As much as we want to support online businesses, scammers like them who want nothing but to defraud people with false promises of delivery and poor quality of products deserve to be charged to the full extent of the law!!

Terrible product (ferns) doesn’t even half describe how awful these are. First set sent I was tracking through USA into Canada where they got lost in another province. When I emailed I was sent product directly from China. They came fast but are horrible unnatural lime green, cheap fabric, long gangly strands. Going directly into garbage. Cannot use them at all. Do not let the photos fool you like me. $75.00USD down the toilet just like a dress I ordered online from FB add. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This is an absolute scam. Do not order from this company. They lead you to believe that your item is with the courier , been delayed, is in transit , its the weather , been dropped with a neighbour, at the post office .
Then the penny drops , there was never any item sent . I have emailed multiple times and get the same reply - that it is the couriers fault. But they duck and dive all my requests for courier details

DO NOT ORDER!!! Scam company! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Same story…. Ordered 6 weeks ago… just get the run around. Terrible service and I don’t even want them anymore. Especially after reading the previous reviews.

Ordered my ferns in March and am STILL waiting to receive them at the end of May. Tracking was great in the first few weeks then at the beginning of April I completely stopped getting updates. I reached out to customer service and they have been no help.

This absolute false advertising- what I got were 9” long and looked like they belonged in a fish tank- DO NOT PURCHASE!!! When I tried to return they said the shipping back to china would be more than my refund!!!

The worst! Terrible quality and the awful fake green color fern. Don't waist your money. Very disappointed Nothing like advertised. Shipping took forever too.

This site does not send you what they advertise. And I tried to get my money back through PayPal, what a joke. I ordered 4 plants. They gave me a bunch plastic branches that look like something you put in a fish tank. Don’t do it! I wish I could post pictures because it’s pretty awful

The ferns I ordered were suppose to be plastic and they sent fabric ferns ! They were poorly made and look awfully cheap and definitely not real ! I tried to return and AI keeps telling me that I can not return them when it says on their website that you can return within 30 days !!!! A scam if a company ! Do not order !

ORDERED MARCH 26th , received May 6th. I had given up ever getting them. Once a week I got emails saying they were stuck In customs in Germany ! RIGHT
After I gave up receiving them I called PayPal to ask for refund. 5 days later they arrived.

WHAT a SHOCK. They were wrapped in cellophane and then put in a cheap plastic bag. The smell was so bad I had to put them in the garage . There was no box, there was no huge plant coming out of the box as advertised, you could shake these things from today until tomorrow and they are never going to get big. They have approximately 20 little branches coming out, it is nothing like the picture I ordered. This is false advertising. Please do not order these. Please be smarter than I was and look at the reviews first.
This is obviously a scam company.
I am shipping these back today and I want my money back. And if I could post pictures I would, but they won’t let you use a picture.

I will never order anything off Facebook again.
