What a scam. Paid $52 usd for a birhouse that is no bigger than my hand. The advertised picture shows a rusted wrought iron finish but in reality it is brown paint.
When I complained that my order hadn’t arrived after two months and I wanted a refund miraculously the order arrived the next day and I was refused a refund.
This was an instagram ad and I’m so mad that such a huge company allows these scams on their site.
Will never buy from an instagram ad again that’s for sure.

Where do I begin 🤔 firstly do NOT order from this company as it is a waste of time and money. I should have know better and I've chaulked this one up as a learning lesson. Sharing my terrible experience in the hopes that you don't fall under the same trap. I ordered 2 ferns and 2 hanging flowers in mid May. After numerous followups with customer service and threats I finally received my 4 plants yesterday. You can imagine my surprise when the notification said they were delivered to our tiny community mailbox. They advised I was provided with the wrong tracking information but it took them over 2 months to tell me that. I'm still holding on hope though that they are just as beautiful as they advertised. THEY WERE NOT! So bad I tossed them in the garbage. If I put them outside I would be the laughing stock of the street and subdivision! They were cheaply made, all folded over and scrunched up, flowers falling off and looked nothing like they advertised. I got nowhere with customer service. Asked for a refund and was denied. I'm too exhausted from this entire experience I'm not going to fight with them. Buyer beware, this is a SCAM!!!!!

Horrid company.. fraud.. sold 'bird houses'. took 2 mo to arrive. they are tiny metal things.. NOT birdhouses. Update.. I did a complaint with paypal, and got my money back.. I. have fotos, and all the emails from that company

The birdhouse I received was less than half the size of the birdhouse advertised. No bird could fit in it. The advertisement showed a lovely metallic finish and the item is painted in a cheap brown paint. Customer service is offering me $3.00 and does not provide any information on making a return. This company is a complete scam...do not buy anything from them! company

The product looks nothing like advertised and I would classify it as a scam!

Not sure a 1 is even worth it. I ordered a birdhouse and it is 80%smaller than I thought it would be. They show that it looks like it is large and when I received it was about 8” tall. Not worth the time or effort.

Do not purchase from this site. The bird houses are a joke. I am trying to send back for a refund but they keep offering $6 dollars off!! What a joke.

As others have written a 1 star rate is too high for this company. I ordered 2 beautiful potted plants that cost me over $50 USD. After 2 months I received two inferior pieces of nylon and plastic cheap looking bunches of crushed flowers without any pots. Their customer service is a joke. Their site indicates easy returns and refunds, I've asked how I can return it for a full refund and they keep telling me that I received what I ordered and because of that they will not give me a refund. They are offering me $7 USD instead. I guess I can chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned. Save your money people and do not order anything from this company!!

I would not give this company any stars but they make you so you can write your review, I have been waiting over 2 months for my flowers, and get the same run around every time I reach out. I doubt very much I will ever see my purchase or my money back which I have requested. Stay clear of this company.

I did not receive the fern plants as shown in the video but inferior nylon material type ones. Absolute rubbish. One star is too good for them. I'd like to send them back for a refund but I don't expect much chance of that. Do not buy.

Horrible product and horrible customer service experience - DO NOT PURCHASE!

After waiting 9 weeks, countless emails to customer service and tracking provided in Chinese my tiny, tiny ferns finally arrived. They look horrible, they are very small and look fake. Huge waste of my money and time.

One star is too many. Product received is not at all like the photos. Birdhouses are absolutely tiny, painted a horrid ochre colour and very flimsy. Business claims to ship from location but that is not the case. I am in the UK and this came from US. All the reviews on Facebook and Instagram where the ad was must be fake. Absolute scam!

Wish I'd seen these reviews before buying this joke of a birdhouse. It's TINY in size and basically a "doll house" version. We don't have humming birds in the UK as that is the only species that will fit in this piece of garbage. Not copper either - painted on brown colour - self assemble, no instructions, no return label or instruction. Shocking scam artists. BE VERY AWARE !!

Bought a "birdhouse" stake from them. Not large enough for any birds, looked copper in picture, but was only painted brown and they added on $6+ to the final price. When I disputed that extra fee they took it off and said it was in error. When I asked for a refund they said they were sorry I was not happy and they would refund $3. I said no thanks I'll write a review !!

Very disappointed !
It’s been 2 full months and I still haven’t received my order .
They keep saying they are looking into it ….and when I asked for a refund , they say they can’t as the order has already been processed .
They are quick and polite with their responses , but certainly not reliable, and just trying to string me along by saying they are “ looking into it”
I suspect their products are being sent from China
Buyer beware !!

Do not buy from this company. Product is junk and takes forever to be delivered. To return for a refund is outrageous as you have to send back to China at your expense.

These ferns are nothing like they show. They only have a few stems on them. It would take 4 or 5 stems to make it look like one of your plants. You can’t get a refund . I’m out $47
