I never got my order and they don’t care, won’t offer assistance or refund.

Enormous SCAM!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible! I wish I could give a negative 100 stars! I've never had anything that was advertised to be so completely different from the actual product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! 0/10! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The lifelike bunnies were nothing like advertised. That are not lifelike at all, do not respond to voice or touch. They go around in a circle and squeak and repeat… they arrived with no screws on the battery compartment.
Very disgusted and have emailed company.

Bought hosta seeds. Not labelled. No response to my emails. Followed all the directions….nothing. Total duds!!! Do not buy from this company.

Its good that I read reviews. IMHO even the web site itself is the reason to distrust them.

My review isn’t much different than everyone else’s! I ordered roses in mid march. The tracking just stopped and these scammers said I had to pay more money for a replacement because they would lose money! I paid for shipping insurance and then they offered 1/2 of the amount I paid. They will no longer answer me! They are blatant liars.

First time ordering from them. All I wanted was an A4 size leaflet 9n healthy food items. I did check despatch info and it said they had UK dispatch. Only cost £8 but when I placed order they charged £8 for delivery and a fee so price more than doubled. I thought it would arrive by post in a few days.....no.....I was bombarded with terribly worded emails saying order despatched, order at customs, order enroute, order with delivery team and ut went on and on. 2 weeks later I contacted them and they fobbed me off. It eventually arrived, it was not what I ordered! I have asked for my money back and still waiting they offered me £6. Do not use them. They are a shower of shxxxs.

I always read reviews before I buy, and somehow I didn't for this company, I wish I would've. I ordered the weed control material for my garden over a month ago. Still not here. Customer service blaming the change in tarrifs system, but it didn't matter it took forever in Europe to get to customes point. Now my plants need to in the garden and I have to spend more money and order from somewhere else. All I get from their support is " we know it's upsetting ", but seriously, it's ridiculous. I asked for a refund, from the rest of the reviews now, I most likely won't see it. Do not recommend!!!

Terrible Customer Service – Do Not Recommend
I ordered seeds from this company and have had nothing but problems. When my delivery didn’t arrive, I first reached out on March 29th. The company told me to contact my local postal service, which I did. The postal service informed me that the sender would need to create a ticket to investigate the missing package.
Since then, I’ve sent over 25 emails following up and asking the company to provide the signed delivery confirmation they claim to have. All of my repeated requests have been ignored. I even asked for a refund, especially since it's now too late in the season to plant the seeds—but they’ve completely stopped responding.
This company has shown zero willingness to assist once they have your money. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. Awful customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

Do not buy anything from this company. All their products are false and a rip off of your hard earned money.

Abril 26, 2025 - Received it by mail. completely broken.
This is inaceptable!!! They don"t want to send me another one neither refund me because I can fix it and put it back together by myself and send me only $3. Do you believe???

This place is terrible do not order anything from them I bought a dog and it was the really bad

Ordered some grass seed in February, advised it was shipped but nothing ever arrived.

Contacted support who were helpful and said they’d resend our order, never received tacking information so followed up again a while later. Received an apology and advised refund had been provided.

No explanation as to why we received a refund and not our order or more information as to why our order could not be processed.

DO NOT buy from this business. I ordered the life like bunny that was advertised as moving and and looking like a real bunny. I paid over $40 AUD for each bunny. When i received the bunny it was one of those cheap ones you can get from the $2 shop that jumps around. Gave them to my kids for EAster and they lasted about 5 seconds. the bettery packs got extemely hot and had to remove them from my children. Such a scam.

Do NOT buy from this company! They should not be allowed to sell in the United States. I too was a sucker and ordered 6 bunnies which have still not come 6 weeks later. 1st they over charged me. They sent me an email saying delivered 3 weeks ah and clearing g by their tracking info it sat in Charlotte for 3 weeks.

I ordered 2 bunnies for my grandkids for Easter. I ordered them on March 14th and still waiting for them to be delivered. It is now AFTER Easter and now I don't want them and I have asked them to refund me. They don't want to refund my money or take back the merchandise. They SUCK, Do not order from them. I have disputed this charge with my Credit Card Company.

I ordered hyaluronic acid serum. They originally overcharged me, which I caught and they were willing to return the overcharge amount. The order arrived a month later but was a different product. I sent screenshots of the original order and pictures of the different product. They have been denying that they sent me the wrong product and trying to make me pay for it anyway, offering me a few dollars off. When I insisted on a refund and provided undeniable evidence that it was their error, they told me I'd have to pay to have it returned to China. This company appears to be scamming people. They are trying to force me to pay for a product I didn't order, don't want and don't trust. They insist I will need to pay to return a product that I did not order, do not want or trust if I expect a refund. I have had to pursue third party mediation as their customer care is just gaslighting me. What a waste of time and money.

I bought a body oil and was sent a completely different scent than the one that I chose. They tried to say the "wrong oil" was send with the correct oil "As a sign of goodwill". This was a lie, they just sent me something completely different. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will not get what they are advertising. Save you money and time.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! PRODUCT NOTHING LIKE A REAL BUNNY. GOT MINE TUESDAY WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE PLASTIC SOME OF THE FUR CAME OFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
