I did not get what I ordered and when I reached out to them they just said item was received. They have a guarantee they do not accept. They would do nothing to make it right by refund or resend. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Their support is horrible and will not work with you even when you prove they shipped the wrong item with pictures, dates and order information. They are a complete scamming company

Absolutely a rip out company, I brought a telescopic walking stick for my mum for $26 from the US. It didn’t arrive. They offered me $2 compensation then $3 then $5, I’m so glad I paid through PayPal as I don’t think I would have ever got my money back. They are a scam company do not use!

One month awaiting for the product. So many excuses. Until today I dont have my stuff! Now They said to pay pal I receive the product and that is not true!

Ordered a roll of weed barrier - from looking at other reviews now it appears this is a scam as people say they get a small folded sheet nowhere near the advertised size. I wouldn't know as after six weeks they say it was delivered in my mailbox. Nothing there and the box is locked so it was not stolen. It shipped from Ireland - even though the company is supposedly located in Denver, CO. Buyer beware. I have requested a full refund and if not received I will contact my credit card company.

I’ve just ordered some lip stain masque on instagram. I paid extra for the postage insurance and on just checking my credit card bill I have been charged an additional £12!!
I’ve tried contacting them to cancel my order but to no avail!!

I ordered a diabetic food list and meal planner from this bogus company on 05/09/2025 as of 06/11/2025 I still have not gotten my order. I have been emailing still no reply. I think this company is a fraud. They took my money an no product.

Ordered 6 ft x 100 ft landscape fabric. Buy 3 get 2 free. Expected 5 large rolls. Instead got 5 hand towels. Only gave a one star rating because zero stars was not an option. Do not order from these thieves.

Ordered seeds via instagram add. You pay the advertised price in $ and click pay - then it’s adds shipping after you’ve paid adding 25% to bill.
The postal tracking via States is a joke - it took 3 weeks to arrive and was poorly packaged & with no instructions or any info - absolute scam

I ordered weed barrier advertised as 6ftX300. Buy 2 get 1 free. I received a package containing three table cloth sized pieces of material. They will offer discounts and try to scare you with he high cost of return shipping. All a scam to get you to accept a small discount. The remaining amount is still an outrageous price to pay for the junk they shipped. Do not trust this site in any way.

Do not buy from this company. Complete scam!!! They are not from Colorado. The order comes from Italy. I never got my order because it was supposedly undeliverable and they will not refund my money.

Well what can I say. I ordered 3x 150m weed membrane buy 3 get 2 free. Enough to cover my garden of 400sm . Got my package today. Expecting a pretty sizable delivery. Lo and behold my package popped through the letter box.. 5 sheets of garden fabric. The size of 5 tea towels .. I mean what did I expect to be honest. I really need to learn to read trust pilot

I ordered 6 rolls of landscape fabric, 4 x 100 ft. Paid $100.80. Instead of ordered items they sent me something looking like 8 table cloths. I contacted them.
No refund and no shipping label. They refused to correct their mistake. Just scammers with add of 100%
Customer guarantee. Save your money and buy from reputable site, as you see they have no address and no phone number.

Total ripoff. Ordered item March 3, 2025. May 2025 I am advised the order was delivered to "Dallas, Texas 75206." Unfortunately, I do not live anywhere near Texas. Growhabity produced a faked shipping label with my correct address. Filed a fraud claim with Paypal. Claim denied because growhabity showed proof of delivery...to Dallas,Texas. They keep my money, I get nothing. Do not do business with these fraud snakes.

Ordered the landscape fabric and it was not what I ordered..was supposed to be 3-6'x150' rolls and I received 3-5mX5m squares...not even close to what they promised. This company is a total fraud...and it took a month to be delivered.

Scaaammm!!!I ordered landscape fabric from this company that was supposed to be 6' x 300'. It came yesterday after about 6 weeks and was only 3 small packages. Total scam!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE - Stupidly I ordered a gardening tool having seen it on my SM feed. Ordered on 24 April and referred to a tracking website tracking-hub.com whose ownership like grownhabity is privacy protected so you can't find out exactly who you are dealing with. Tracking updates - now obviously spurious - came telling me my order was on its way. The final update from them was on the 18 May saying it had cleared customs and was being delivered. It wasn't. Today 27 May I sent an email to Growhabity asking for the waybill number and I got an immediate reply apologising and saying another item had been dispatched with a tracking link to 17 Track. An AI search on that website also produced warnings of a scam. NO waybill provided either.

I bought the tallow balm from growhabity. Total scam job! Said it ships in 3 to 5 days but they don't say it is coming from Norway! Took a full month to get and it is nasty crap made in a lab in CHINA! I wouldn't put it on my body let alone my face. What a ripoff company!

Over a month ago I purchased eight six foot by 300 ft rolls of landscape fabric and today I received in the mail one soft side package from an unknown shipping company out of Georgia that contained five packages approximately each one containing small pieces of his of landscape fabric each strip no wider than 2 ft and no longer than 10 ft. This fabric was shipped from Spain and it appeared as though it was being shipped from California when you order they don't even identify Spain as a possible point of shipment. They blame the Trump Administration on the lengthy time it took to get here and then what I received is grossly inadequate and much less than what I had ordered online so far they have refused to refund money I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company and try to get the charges reversed in that manner this company is the biggest scam that I've come across with respect to Garden supplies.

Bought two belts, they shipped one. Refused to refund the value of the 2nd belt or send me another. They offered $5USD then $8USD as “compensation” as the email chain went on and on. Refused to explain why they could not simply correct their error. It seems clear the company deliberately chose to collect money for two items and only ship one item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF.
