It's all a scam. Don't mess around. Today, instead of a robot puppy, I got a toy that I could have bought at the Dollar store for $2. WHY ARE YOU CHEATING PEOPLE? My child is very upset by such a gift. I want a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would...the item is absolutely disgusting..nothing like the advert..just cheap plastic covered in an extremely cheap fabric. It is not rechargeable as advertised just a flimsy battery compartment. I bought for my grandson and would be embarrassed to give it to him. When asked for a refund they offered me €3 which I told them was an insult and keep it, which is probably what it is worth. DO NOT PURCHASE this product you will be disappointed and out of pocket for trash..also the item was squashed into a very small jiffy type envelope..no presentation box as advertised..such a scam..beware!

I bought two of these bunnies for grand daughters. Totally rubbish. This company should be chased by trade and descriptions. Nothing like the advert . Didn't look at all realistic and not rechargeable as advertised. Disgraceful rubbish once again coming from China via USA

Got the bunnies for my 10 great grands. Wish I would have read all the negative reviews look and act nothing like they showed. Very disappointed.

Bought 2 of the bunnies. Not like the picture at all. Nothing realistic about them. Not their fur, not their movement and definitely not the noise that they make. And they are not rechargeable. They need 2 AA batteries. And screws that stops the cover coming off the batteries is missing. Hole is there but no screw. Because they were coming from the USA I expected a decent product. I guess the Chinese can ship from USA as well

I placed an order for 2 items here and until now havent been delivered yet. It is still showing it is under customs of US and no other mode of tracking or ar least to speak to a person if my money just got scammed. Its taking ages and as per the previous reviews even if I receive tgis packages, my hopes are very low in receiving a legit package at least 🤦🏻‍♂️
Disaster! Worst service and lots of fake products sold here. Please let me be the last one that they will scam. There should be a law to these types of garbage people that are just a leech to the society and stealing hard earned money of the people who are living decent and lawful.

I made an order for their bunnies
First, they overcharged me $12. So I canceled the order and they refused to cancel it a week later. They went ahead and shipped it only for me to send it right back. Stay far away from them. They're crooked. I talked to them at least 4 times that plenty of time to cancel the order. They just chose not to They can't force you to buy something. Especially when they try to cheat you.

I sent an email to cancel my order the same day I ordered. No reply. 2 days later they shipped my order. Contacted them 3 times and finally got a reply that they cannot cancel because it was shipped. So they ignored my email and just shipped it. Would not order from this place. Sketchy!!!

Now I did not even get my item that I tried to cancel. They said they sent it but it was never sent to me but was charged for it. I would never order from this place!

Total misrepresentation of products. The bunny toy is called "realistic," which is laughable at best. The ad even shows obviously enhanced pictures as well as pictures of what it really looks like. Unfortunately, my elderly mom doesn't have great eyesight and didn't check closely.

We ordered a farmhouse bird house around Nov 8, 2024 and today is Dec 21 2024 Christmas is in a few days, and we have not heard from them since Nov 15 tracking and it was in Yukon and we live in Ottawa which is East of Canada Now what do we do with zero gift! Terrible company, no news, no gift, never never again with Growhabity

Please AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Total con artists. Ordered birdhouse stake, one arrived nothing like the picture. Complained and was told they’d send another. Apparently it’s arrived. It hasn’t and the tracking numbers I’ve been given aren’t recognised. Yes Growhabity, as I’ve said many times I’ve checked with neighbours etc, local post offices and Royal Mail. Now just getting generic response email and no sign of refund. So unfortunately i too have been conned. Don’t bother with the ‘contacting Emily’ or whoever part because you won’t get anywhere. Disgraceful.

I absolutely love how vibrant these artificial flowers appear in my garden, truly adding a touch of charm.

See previous reviews below. The responses from my last review from a supposed Emily was bogus. I sent an email to the support @growhabity.com and received 2 responses from an Max Toby, asking me to reply how many items I ordered. All responses have been a joke. After receiving the 2 emails from a Max Toby asking me to email how many items were in my order, each time I replied I received an email saying the email address was bogus. Do not order from this business! You will not receive what you ordered and then have to deal with your credit card to get your money refunded!

Misrepresentation of products for sale. When is a "birdhouse" not a birdhouse - when it's not much bigger than your average British sparrow, which would not, by the way, be able to get in through the miniscule entry hole. Bee-house perhaps, but no bird is gonna make it home. Not made by a unique craftsperson, no rustic looking soldering or welds. Sad to say I have been conned. My review on FB marketplace has gone along with the company. I want my money back. I want to return the item. Please don't add a fake reply to go with your fake product.

Absolute con. Ordered a house garden spike as seen on Facebook. Took weeks for the effort to arrive in the UK and when it did it’s tiny and just brown. None of the colour or detailing as it’s supposedly meant to look like. Wish I’d googled the company first as they’re shown as scammers. Wish I could add a pic to show how unlike their ad it is.

Got these stakes. Decent quality and UV resistance. Tulips look fairly realistic, not overwhelmingly impressive.

Today I received my order of 4 packs of red tulips. What arrived was 4 individual tulips. Absolute rip off. Never buy anything from this site. Shocking.

I've waited over a month for 2 bunches of artificial tulips. 1 in pink the other in red. They've just arrived and there are just 2 individual tulips, one in each colour. What a joke and a rip off!! I'll never buy anything again from ads on Instagram!! Why aren't these companies vetted before they're allowed to advertise on Insta and facebook!

Ordering this item was straightforward. Priced reasonably considering the quality of the artificial blooms, which appear quite natural. Packaging protected everything well, arriving without damage, but the three-week delivery time felt excessive. Overall, satisfactory purchase; enhances the garden ambiance effectively without high maintenance.
