Product not as described or advertised. What I ordered as advertised on their website is VASTLY different to what I received. False advertising at its finest!

I would not have paid $1 for the low quality plastic sticks that looks like cheap rubbish bags that I received.

And don’t event try to get a refund, it’s nearly impossible and returning the rubbish bags to a random address in China even though it says shipment originated in Portland US so the return shipping will cost more than the product.

Total scam. Ordered 2 birdhouses…even verified sizes in description before ordering. When they arrived 3 weeks later, they were a fraction of the size described. Steer clear of the company!!! They will rip you off!!

More than two months I have been waiting for the birthday gift which I supposed to receive in few weeks. The item I received ( love heart ) is absolutely terrible made!! Not as described at all! Absolutely rubbish! Not possible to receive a refund!! Never again

I waited two months for these birdhouses only to receive garbage. They are nothing like advertised and are very tiny, what a disappointment and I feel that I definitely was scammed. Stay away from these people.

Growhabity is an unethical business. They offer 100% customer satisfaction, but if you're unsatisfied, they will do anything to simply refund you a few bucks to end the situation, claiming it's very expensive to ship items back to China. Yes, they're Chinese...and they are scams. They are stealing your personal information and then shipping products that aren't anything like what was advertised. They remove any negative reviews from the site and post fake reviews to appear as if people are satisfied. Don't fall for this nonsense. It also takes 1.5 months to receive an order. It's all a scam and they are liars.

Took several weeks to arrive. When it did finally arrive, the garden decor was extremely tiny and the pieces did not fit well. Definitely not as pictured. My credit card was compromised after the purchase, and I no longer trust this company

Ordered artificial flowers. Took almost 2 months for them to arrive. When they finally arrived they were total crap and nothing like the photos. Stay far away from this company!

The package arrived in perfect condition, securely wrapped to prevent any damages. The careful packaging really showed how much the company values their products and customers. I appreciated the attention to detail. It gave a great first impression even before seeing the actual product.

I wish I would had known about these scammers. My order was extremely late and looks nothing like what I ordered. It came within th no instructions also, it’s small. The batteries were out and it doesn’t turn on. A refund should be respectfully done

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are frauds. It was taking too long to get the product and I asked for a refund. It specifically states on their website that they would refund if not shipped. They kept on telling me to wait until I got the product and be patient. I again asked for a refund but they did nothing but stall. It was finally shipped more than a month after I ordered it. The product is very low quality. Now they want to give me only $7.00 in compensation for what I paid almost $40. BEWARE of the company. Do not buy from them.

Never trust this site for any purchases. You will never receive what you think purchased. Nothing is as posted on their site. Their tactics are scandalous. Good luck with customer service it doesn’t exist.

I would give them - 3 stars if I could. They are scammers. I ordered bird houses that never arrived. They are refusing to give back my money. Do not order from them!!

The worst! A scam and they’ll steal your money. i paid $75 for plants that were came weeks later in 1/4 of the size and SO CHEAP! I purchased direct through paypal who was said they’d refund me when i return it.
They gave me a fake address and number so paypal canceled my refund! AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND ZERO INTENT of providing you with what you pay for.

Don’t bother it’s like what most people have allready said this is the biggest load of crap you will ever buy nothing like the pictures,took over six weeks to arrive I asked them to refund but as usual they refused,I believe they come from USA well if that’s the best they can do god help them,I could have got better from Poundland and I payed £ 35 for 2 crappy looking hanging plants

I ordered what appeared to be beautiful artificial ferns. I wish I could post a photo of what they showed, vs. what I received. I asked to return them, and they said they would give me $4 and I could keep them. I paid $42!! I wrote back and they offered me $6. This is NOT a reputable site!! And the reviews on the site were obviously fake. They had photos that don't match the photo of the product, nor what I received.

The shipment took quite long, three weeks to be exact. This was a bit of a hassle, more so because I was really looking forward to getting the item. Hopefully, future shipping can be a lot quicker.

Ordered two "birdhouses" from them. Took more than two weeks to come, allegedly from US instead of "shipped from local warehouse" or "shipping time 5 - 7 business days". Products are tiny, nowhere like the size advertised, and definitely not fit for any purpose other than purely ornamental. Finish is also different from that advertised. Plus they initially took more money from my card than they should have although they refunded this when I asked them too. I now have two inferior products for which I paid $45 and they are offering me $5 compensation. After reading reviews here I don't think I'll pursue refund any further but contact my card company instead. Do not be taken in by these people.
