No way to correct a bad email address on account

Enkeleda Seferi signed up for service from grzgaming using my email address. I've had that address for two decades, and it relates to my name (Brad Yundt) and is completely unrelated to Enkeleda Seferi.

No big deal if I could tell grzgaming to remove my name from the account. But they make me log in to do so, something I cannot do.

Bottom line: epic fail. grzgaming policies abet fake accounts.

Hi Dear
No users found under your email address, every account is Id verified before being accepted to use our services, so the email was denied access.
In the same time if someone used your email address to sign up, we cannot control that since our website is open to public.
And for removing your name from the account, of course you need to be able to login to your account to do so.
We didn't receive any email from you about this subject on our support@grzgaming.com email.
Be sure that your email is not being used.

I ordered a key for Riot Points for League of Legends, up until today I have never received anything I paid for, neither is the support answering.

Complete scam!

EDIT:
No I never received the order nor was there any verification asked so thank you, but I will keep the negative comment to warn people about the scam your company does.
