WORST shopping experience I had. They actually charged me right away, but the code hasn't come in a couple of hours. I wrote them and as turned out I can't get the code at all without me sending them all kinds of emails and documents including my passport(!!) which is by itself already super irregular and for 20 years of online shopping never have I done that - but also why am I the one who needs to contact and check why is something wrong? The money they took right away but to contact me and tell me something is wrong instead of just not giving me the product I paid for never occurs to them? Just so not okay, at all! That's not all. After 2 whole days that I have been waiting, while the representative kept telling me every time "we are checking and it should be in a couple of hours", so after 2 whole days of me nagging them because otherwise they never write you - even when you write them they take their sweet time and answer only a couple of hours a day, so after 2 days and all that passport stuff - they tell me " there is no product in stock and they process the refund. Something that wasn't said on the website and that they already took the money for - yeah? Now they only checked that it isn't in store after taking the money and 2 days waiting. As well the customer service itself wasn't as you get in the other stores - where they are all polite and nice to you and understand when they did something that's not 100%. - Here the representative kept telling me to understand him and zero sorries or something. Only yelled at me as he paid me and I was the one that screwed up and not the other way around. Worst shop ever please go to other ones. I would recommend the one I love but I am afraid it would deprecate my review. My first review ever and only to save at least one soul from these demons.
