This Company IS NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY AT ALL, matter a fact they are terrible. What is this Experian Health that they go by it says we have 88,000 dollars WTH. For someone who is not working and making ZERO dollars. They could not even explain their reasoning AT ALL. This is the worst company EVER!! If we had that money we would not be asking for assistance??? Wow all I can say is WOW! We will find another company that ACTUALLY CARE FOR PATIENT'S????

I had a complaint in regarding piriton as my daughter had Anaphylaxis to it i raised a complaint as at the time did not mention on the leaflet that it can cause anaphylaxis or difficulty breathing , after i raised the complaint they changed the leaflet to include this and did not notify me i think it was a panic for them to cover it up as knew i would take it further, i raised a further complaint as it was not resolved , I almost lost my daughter due to this

La société HALEON a réagit en m'offrant 1 tube de Polident 70 g Fixation max pro en remplacement
des 6 tubes de 40 g que j'avais signalé totalement inefficace , 3 heures de maintien seulement
au liei des 6 indiques sur leur PUB !!

Shock to my core 2 chicken and chips and extra chips 24 pounds on a Friday night 11.30 , I have had this before and never had an issue but tonight the boxes where half full when we go home I emptied my box to get 3 teaspoon of kebab meat and a small portion of chips, you will never get another penny off me or mine and I will tell anyone who wants to listen , you think everyone is drunk and not caring well they're not

I have been searching for my GSK stock for over eight months without success. Today I reached Owais and thanks to his hard work, patience and kindness was finally able to find and sell my stock. Owais is a truly outstanding employee; great listener, patient, knowledgeable and an effective problem solver. I am grateful for his time and guidance!

In juni 2024 straalwerk afgeleverd (4 items) bij GSK voor beoordeling en schatting van kosten. Gevraagd om een breakdown zodat ik kon kiezen wat binnen de begroting viel. Breakdown heb ik nimmer ontvangen, wel een melding dat het straalwerk was uitgevoerd + een buitensporige factuur ontvangen. Dit gemeld en dat ik het er niet mee eens. Uiteindelijk een middelend voorstel bij hen ingediend. Daar is niet op gereageerd. Intimiderende verbale antwoorden ontvangen van Patrick bij een bezoek en ook dwingende emails. Mijn aangeleverde items zijn verduisterd. Brutale lieden. Ik pik dit niet.
Tijdelijke manager Pieter is bij hen vertrokken (vernam ik) omdat hij hun handelwijze niet ethisch vond. Het speelt al 10 maanden.
Patrick en Jeanne lijken de weg kwijt te zijn. Ik heb dit nooit eerder meegemaakt. Het gaat bij GSK richting oplichting !! Pas op, vermijd GSK !!

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star, they deserve zero stars.
I’ve had the worst experience with this company. I was approved last year and I was trying to renew my application.
My primary Dr faxed my application, taxes cover sheet and prescription.
I called to check if they received it and they said something was missing so my Dr faxed it again. They still claim something was missing. So I went to the library and had it faxed and I have paper saying they received all pages.
Then I called again and said I wasn’t approved because they didn’t get all the paperwork. I spoke with a manager, Maria and she said I was approved and to disregard the denial letter.
I called today to refill my prescription and said I wasn’t approved. Maria is supposed to call but hasn’t yet.
If I can’t resolve this issue with the company, I plan see my attorney.
So sad and disappointing. Why have a program if you don’t want to help people.

To qualify for the discount Trelegy program, GSK assistance, you have to spend $600 on prescription medication per year before they will help you by their inhaler. I am on Medicare, but my Medicare part d makes the inhaler just as expensive as buying it outright with no discount. I meet their criteria for low income, but because I Don't dish out $600 a year on medications, they reject the GSK assistance program for me. I wish I had $600 a year to spend on medication, but I don't. It is a very, very stupid rule that they have and I'm not sure why it even exists. On top of that, in our state the inhaler prices are capped at $35 per month. That does not apply to Medicare recipients. Something to do with Medicare and drug company, blah, blah, blah. Who cares. It doesn't make any sense. I was getting the inhalers from overseas pharmacies for the last few years, but their
prices have increased as well.

So, I will reach out to AstraZeneca, who offers their triple medication inhaler, similar to GSK's Trelegy, in a program that will meet my needs. Wth Astra Zeneca I don't have to spend $600 and jump through hoops just to be able to breathe.

GSK, Do you really need my $600, I think not, but I do!

I am tired of buying Ventolin inhalers that malfunction! Ever since you moved to a system with a counter in it there are issues, they either get stuck or simply run out while still on a high number on the counter, frustrating. And like everything else they have gone up in price - seems like they are following the realestate market!

Who can you send this to that may care? Please?

This company doesnt have any tolerance or any procedures in place for people with Anxiety or depression within their workforce and in the hiring process. While other companies look to increase their diversity GSK willfully ignores any applicants who might have any mental health problem despite being fully qualified for the job. In 2024 GSK your recruiters need to do better.

I was an employee of 31.5 yrs.
I had a very good work record very little sick issues etc.
Then I was involved in a serious life changing RTC. Cut a long story they are not the company that they used to be and have no sympathy or regards for employees who were more committed to the company than the company are to them.
Would not recommend them.

I wrote to GSK because if you use the inhalers left handed, some of the powder leaks out, and because I wouldnt send them my expensive inhaler to show them there was a problem, they refused to investigate this. So if you use:
Breo
Incruse
Anoro
Make sure you only use it right handed, otherwise you are not getting all your doses of this expensive medication. GSK has been notified of this. I took a photo of this leakage from my inhaler if anyone is interested. Obviously GSK could care less if you get all your doses or not. These inhalers are too expensive to be having missed doses, because the powder falls out the front vent area when you use it with your left hand. Good luck everyone.

I am an elderly lady and I have tried Walgreens and Walmart pharmacy but this one is the best and quick !!!

GSK enrobe ses comprimés de médicaments (Augmentin etc...) avec du dioxyde de titane (E171) classé cancérogène possible. Ce colorant est interdit dans les produits alimentaires. Il est totalement inutile dans les médicaments, d'une part parce que des alternatives existes (il suffit de voir tous les comprimés d'autres laboratoires qui n'en contiennent pas), d'autre part parce qu'on s'en fiche que notre comprimé d'antibiotique soit plus blanc que blanc. Notons que GSK produit aussi des anticancéreux, comme le Jemperli...

I had purchased Augumentin 457 syp
While using i had observed that because of its larger cap size its have larger measuring cap. While taking dose through it there is more wastage of medicine and inadequate dose delivered.(if requiredi have photos)

As a former GSK employee, I have serious concerns about how they treat personal data with third parties. By my own experience, I found myself in some weird scenario, where a partner company sent me an email, congratulating me for my "promotion" and requesting me to share some documents to handle support for legal requirements, as I am foreigner living in Poland.

As a side note:
I am a permanent resident in Poland for more than 10 years, European citizenship holder, and never refused to present/share my legal status with the companies I have worked with.

The leaking was never explained, after several internal email exchange with HR, local head of company. How could this happen? If someone knows it, please let me know.
