I wanted to give you some feedback on the trip me and my son have just got back from for the Real Madrid game.

Firstly your teams efforts to answer my questions and help where they could was outstanding, even someone going into the office when closed to send out match tickets and stadium tour tickets.

Ella’s help with connections etc was invaluable btw 😊. It is indeed €33 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. 1881 Madrid Ventas hotel was very nice, welcoming friendly staff, the room was very nice, clean spacious, comfortable and great bathroom shower. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice from an all you can eat continental style breakfast with a few hot choices too.
The Metro is literally less than a minute from the hotel door and if wanted you can get to the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu via the Metro.

I cannot comment on the free transfer to the game as I had the wrong info on the kick off time, my fault and Sky Sports a few days earlier 🤣 but we made it in time.

The seats were amazing, 2nd tear behind the goal and can I say after visiting many Prem grounds and Wembley in the UK, the atmosphere at Madrid was like nothing I have experienced anywhere so highly recommend.

Gullivers organised hotels and match tickets for me in Perth and Sydney during the 25/26 Ashes series. The accommodation and seats provided were good, and the administration was efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Not for the first time Gulliver's Sports Travel smashed it out of the park for trip down under to watch the England cricket team in Australia. Having travelled with Gulliver's a few years ago we had no hesitation in booking with them again for this three week tour of Melbourne and Sydney to watch the Ashes and they did not let us down. From the initial booking to final flight everything was superbly organised and everything was taken care of. Our tour manager Jordan was spot on ! If you needed anything he was there for you. It was a truly fabulous trip and one we hope to do again... soon ! Thank you Gulliver's.

I have travelled a number of times with Gullivers and have always been well looked after and this holiday was no exception

Every stage of this trip worked really well. Booking it was made easy, my pre-trip queries were all dealt with professionally, calmly and efficiently and my experience in Australia went excellently thanks to our tour manager (Sarah) who kept us well informed on what was happening, was always friendly and approachable and was great with any questions or issues that cropped up.

We went with Gullivers on their Platinum Tailenders trip to the Ashes (Melbourne & Sydney tests). It was exceptional, all of it. The pre trip administration, their support with the flights, pre booking of events, airport transfers, the hotels, internal flights, match tickets, Gullivers events, the Gullivers Rep Nuno; all of it was simply magnificent. I simply cannot fault any of it. As trips of a lifetime go I couldn't have asked for anything better and Gullivers were central to this.

The position of the Fumara Hotel, was perfect for exploring Sydney and more importantly accessing the tram journey to the Ashes cricket at the SCG. Our seats were excellent and just as we had requested - behind the bowlers arm and in the shade all day.

The whole trip was well structured and organised. Correspondence was clear and covered everything. The tour manager who was with us for the whole trip was friendly and effective. Partly because of him and the events organised by Gullivers the whole party bonded and this added to the experience being great. The 1st and the 3rd hotels on the trip were small and it was great being with everyone on the trip at breakfast. The 1st hotel had a pool which was well used by everyone and it would be good for all hotels used to have one.
Looking forward to planning our next trip with Gullivers.

The trip to Treviso was superb, the town was beautiful and worth exploring, the Christmas markets and street decorations were a big bonus. The hotel was perfect and comfortable, the bar was well used and the staff were attentive. The meet and greet event was amazing, the copious amounts of food and drink were consumed whilst listening to the players who’d popped along describe their sporting lives and how much hard work goes into being a pro rugby player, those insights were great. Then the match result was the icing on the cake. All the logistics were faultless. The team looking after us were great and always on hand. It’s already dialled in for next year. Book with supreme confidence.

The experience of the Ashes Tour was excellent due to all elements of Gullivers' involvement. Booking was easy, there was flexibility and assistance when it was needed. The communication prior to leaving the UK was comprehensive and helpful. A few minor changes happened later and were communicated clearly.
On tour, we had an excellent tour manager, who explained and communicated what was happening and helped out to the right degree for each individual's needs/demands (as appropriate). Quite an achievement over 8 weeks.

Everything went well from start to finish. Seats for the test matches were excellent. Jason our tour manager did all he could to ensure that any down time was covered. The excursions were also very good. The only let down was the test side not performing as we all hoped. But that’s sport.

We had a great time from the beginning to booking our cricket tour everything was done how it should be.

Great experience, great destination, great people

Great rep Di worked hard to make sure we had a great time. Transfers a nightmare as over 40 people moving hotels and flying to other cities. Waited over a hour to check in at new hotels due to amount of people . Overall not bad but room for improvement .

We have used Gullivers on several occasions and was always been satisfied with the service we have had. We thought travel to the SCG would have been good, we know the trams were free but the walk back to the hotel from the tram was a nightmare with the hilly streets
