Gymfrog shipped their product quickly. It Isa quality reformer for the price. An excellent deal!

I do NOT recommend Gymfrog.

I purchased a Pilates Reformer in June/July and the machine has been defective since delivery.

Customer service initially responded and sent a replacement part, but it did not fix the issue and even created a new problem.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a solution (replacement or refund), but I have been completely ignored for over a week after my last formal request.

Very disappointing experience. Be careful before purchasing.

UPDATE: After posting this review, Gymfrog attempted to report it as defamatory, but Trustpilot restored it as it reflects my genuine experience.

I am still waiting for a proper response regarding my defective Pilates Reformer and have not received any reply since April 1st.

This situation is very concerning

I placed an order in December and we are now in March, and I still have not received the products.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, and even after my complaint was escalated to management weeks ago, I still haven’t received any meaningful response or timeline for delivery.

For a company that presents itself as a professional fitness equipment supplier, the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Months later I am still left wondering if I will actually receive the products I paid for.

Will the reformers arrive eventually? At this point, God only knows.

Very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend based on the service so far.

I ordered the Wunda chair December 16, 2025 with the false understanding this was from the USA. I chose Gymfrog over the other company that was in the USA because of price and "fast delivery" time. The reformer I purchased from the other company took a long time but it was because I chose a custom color (it took little over 6 weeks total). This chair was supposed to be 4-7 weeks. I got the explanation that it was sent to the port on 1/6/26, and then, working with the logistics company almost 2 months later.. I can see the reply was from China, I have NO problems with it coming from China. Be up front and give more realistic deliver time.. Still waiting.... I will give it another two weeks.. I will go with the company I purchased my reformer from as it's "made in the USA" I will never order from this company again, sadly.. I will be asking for my money back.

2/15/2026 Update. I received my Wunda Chair. It’s beautiful and great detail was put into this product. Like I said earlier, I have no issues with things made in China. This product is solid and packaged nicely. What I’ve learned about this company is that you have to be proactive and continually reach out and ask for status because, they didn’t tell me it was out for delivery until I asked agin for a shipment stats. That when I learned it arrived in my city. Even still I had to reach out to the delivery company to schedule a delivery date. I had to be very patient and proactive! I’ve changed my rating to 4 for the quality put into this chair. Others are going for almost double or even more than double!! This was worth the wait!!!!

I‘ve got my reformer for about two weeks now and I‘m really happy with it. It‘s very good quality, easy to build together and for that price really awesome. I did multiple workouts now and would highly recommend it! Even with the jumpboard I felt safe!

But as many others too, the reformer arroved much later than being said. Almost no communication from gymfrog, only when putting pressure on them.
The company they chose to deliver it, never called me. They just left it in front of my garage, without a signature or call.
I just don‘t understand why not saying in the first place that delivery takes about twelve weeks.

But all together, it‘s still worth it. For that price! There is anything negative about the reformer itself.

Ich habe 2 1/2 Monate auf meinen Pilatesreformer gewartet und zum Schluss hin nicht mehr daran geglaubt das er kommt. Die LIEFERVERFOLGUNG ist gleich null, es steht immer da Status unbekannt. Auch ist die Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern sehr sperrlich. Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich schon echt geschwitzt ob es sich um Betrug handelt. 2 Sterne gibt es aber für die gute Qualität des Reformers

Love how smooth and quiet the movement is on this reformer. Plus it folds out so easily I really have no excuse not to workout now haha.

Well, I finally unpacked and put it together.
All I can say is 100% I am absolutely chuffed to bits.
Not only is it aesthetically beautiful, but super well constructed, and glides like a silent dream
An unexpected bonus was that it came with the foot strap, cork block and mat.
For those who are unsure about making the leap, I promise you will not be disappointed.
Negatives: It took 8 weeks to deliver, and the tracking info is very limited.
I never received updates.
It arrived with zero notice. Luckily just before we left for our hols.
All that aside, it was well worth the wait.

ACHTUNG! Absoluter Betrug. Wollen weder den Reformer schicken, noch die bereits bezahlte Ware Rückerstatten. Da angeblich ohne MWST Nummer das Paket nicht versandt werden kann. Absoluter Blödsinn. Nur Betrug!

Im starting to wonder if these reviews are legit. I ordered my reformer on January 28, 2025 and it still hasn’t come in 9 weeks later with no real ETA. The website said 5-7 weeks and this is just ridiculous.

The aluminium alloy frame is sturdy, and I think it'll last for ages. The movement is smooth, making workouts feel effortless and controlled - a solid, reliable reformer!

This Gymfrog reformer has been great so far. It's solidly built and I like the design. Just wish the foot straps were a little longer. Otherwise, it's been perfect for my workouts!

After one week, I already feel improved core strength and flexibility. Adjustable resistance suits all levels - perfect home workout solution. Just hope the instructions can be more clear.

Ordered a reformer on October 19th and still no product delivered. They keep sending its progress and yet when I put the tracking number in, it doesn’t show any movement. Can’t help but think this isn’t a reputable company. My personal experience, don’t order from this company. The customer service isn’t the best as they keep saying things that don’t make any sense and the reviews saying fast delivery aren’t my experience as it’s been over 2 months and nothing. Continuation of this nightmare. A delivery company was supposed to deliver the item today and didn’t show up due to a “misunderstanding”. So nothings here and I’m now beyond disgusted by there lack of communication and lack of customer service. Since this delay was blamed on the postal strike, why is it being delivered by a questionable trucking company. Obviously another company excuse of there unprofessional actions. Avoid this company at all costs

This reformer works well, but the jump board is too far for me to use comfortably. I wish it had an adjustable feature for different leg lengths.

The product is excellent, but I had to wait 40 days for delivery. Everything else, including customer service, is fine.

Being new to Pilates, this reformer has made my at-home workouts so much more effective. It's perfect for beginners like me, but I can tell it's built to last as I progress.
