Ultimately, advertise what they know will generate sales and then supply cheap, generic and poorly quality items from china!!
Advise people never to use this site, I won’t again! Disgusting.
Definitely not as advertised
Definitely not as advertised. Ordered the 6 pack Barbell Division T Shirts. They are advertised as muscle fit and after following the size guide I ordered XXL. I was expecting a nice fit around the arms and shoulders/traps as per the pics on the website. However they ended up being massive, cheap bog standard T shirts , could have gotten better quality at Primark for a fraction of the price. Graphics were stuck together and needed to be peeled apart so am guessing they won’t be lasting long. Tried to click on the returns icon but nothing happens.
This was my first and definitely last order from this company!!!!!!
Not as advertised…
Order took ages to come and the product is not what is advertised. The tshirt is not a gym top, its a cheap 50p tshirt that fits poorly. £20 for an item of clothing that would look bad in a jumble sale. Dont buy these tshirts.

I bought 2x packs of 3 plain white t shirts. Order came within a few days. The shirts were advertised as fitted “muscle wear” in reality they are just generic t shirts. They are 100% cotton so they are good for the price just not what I ordered. Onto the second part. I have been trying to request a full vat invoice but after trying multiple times, email, both social media accounts, multiple messages over days with no response finally they send me the receipt of purchase they already sent with the order. I finally got a reply they said they thought someone had already done it which I explained what they actually did. After that message back to no response. This is my 3rd and unfortunately last order I will be placing with Gymtier. Do better!

T shirt was posted in a brown cardboard envelope which was half opened, t shirt has been washed and no has shrunk. I used to be an ambassador for this company years ago and the quality was top notch

Well looks like I should of checked here before ordering. Used them a few times over the years so thought it went be alright. Guess not. Placed a order on the 11th and still not received goods. Contacted 3 times, twice via their online support and once via email and still nothing. Shame as the shirts used to be cheap and cheerful.

Items never received. Chased up, was told they’d been lost in post and offered refund or replacement. Asked for replacement, no reply. Emailed to find out what was happening, told a reply in 2 days. That was last week, still no reply. £50 they’ve kept and items never received.

Ordered over £100 worth of items and was told 1-3 days … 5 days later and nothing .. messaged them via their own email ( no reply ) and via there chat on the website , no response for 2 days then received a reply saying they “assume it’s lost in transit” and because of this I could either get full refund or items resent … I told them I wanted a full refund… no response from this after 2 days so I asked the bank to pull it back , 1 day after I asked for it to be pulled back today iv been sent 2 parcels one with 4 pairs of joggers ( 2 incorrect ones to what I ordered ) and one with 3 items .. 2 of the hoddies I did order and a free t-shirt but they didn’t send me one of the huddies I did order ??
So after I told them I wanted a full refund and got the bank to pull the money back they have magically decided to send items some of which I didn’t order lol
Email sent requesting they send someone to pick up or arrange for items to be returned as I’m not paying for it to be sent back since they have clearly gone against what I asked …

Delivery - terrible. Twelve days to deliver with no tracking and no answer from “customer service”.
Speaking of customer service, it’s non existent.
The items themselves - one item was the wrong colour and the 2 string vests with print on them are not the same as advertised.
All in all a terrible company and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

My wife bought 3 t shirts and when they arrived they where paper thin and the logos where all stuck together so we sent them back! They still haven't refunded the money and it also cost us to return! There is no customer service number to ring and messages/emails are ignored! This company is a total joke! we are having to get in touch with trading standards to help get our refund sorted, this company is not fit to operate no customer service help at all, we will be taking this further

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Cheapest, nastiest and most shapeless T shirts I have ever seen! Advertised as muscle fit! Not even close! Tried to get a refund but they won't even acknowledge me. No reply to emails, no invoice or packing slip enclosed with the T shirts. T shirts not individually wrapped, just stuffed in a grey postage bag. All in all a terrible experience
Ordered over £100 worth of bundles
Ordered over £100 worth of bundles, advised delivery in 1-3 days. A week later and no delivery, and cannot get a response from the company either via online chat, direct emailing, and no contact number seems to exist.
Very disappointed by the experience. Appreciated delays can happen, but being ignored and unable to get any contact or acknowledgement only suggests I've lost my money. Will have to pursue claim back via bank.

Habe am 18.1.2026 eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Am 23.01.2026 kam eine Sendung mit 4 von 11 Artikeln an. Gab wohl nur eine trackingnummer und das Paket wurde anfangs gesplittet. Das Problem ist das bis heute die zweite Bestellung verschollen ist. Der Kundenservice reagierte heute am 02.02.2026 nach mehreren Anfragen erstmals mit der Antwort "Hallo die Bestellung wurde gesplittet". Das help center der Homepage reagiert gar nicht und ich weiß bis heute nicht ob es noch kommt wenn ja wann es kommt oder sonst was. Werde zeitnah ein charge back Verfahren einleiten.
Vorsicht! Dieser Händler ist ein Betrüger!
Er erstattet kein Geld bei zurückgesendeter Ware. Er weiß genau, dass man ihn in England nicht belangen kann.
Der Sitz des Händlers ist in England! Die seriösen Bewertungen auf Amazon zeigen zu Hauf, dass es die Geschäftsstrategie dieses Händlers ist zurückgesendete Ware nicht zu ersetzen.
Nachdem die Ware an den Händler zurück ging hörte ich wochenlang nichts von dem Händler. Geschweige denn, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekam. Aus diesem Grund schrieb ich dem Händler.
Dieser wollte die Trackingnummer der Sendung. Welche ich ihm anschließend mitteilte. Da ich wieder länger keine Antwort von dem Händler bekam, schrieb ich ihn wieder an. Mittlerweile vergingen 3 Monate. Da ich wieder keine Antwort bekam schaltete ich den Amazon Kundenservice ein.
Daraufhin schrieb der Verkäufer, dass das Packet angeblich verloren ging. Die Trackingnummer wurde ihm jedoch zuvor mitgeteilt. Er bot mir eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder eine erneute Sendung an. Ich teilte ihm mit, dass ich eine Rückerstattung haben möchte.

Da ich ca. 1 Monat später immer noch nicht mein Geld zurück hatte, wendete ich mich erneut an den Amazon Kundenservice. Erst darauf hin bekam ich wieder eine Nachricht vom Verkäufer.

Ich schrieb ihm wieder, dass ich eine Rückerstattung möchte.
Daraufhin wieder keine Reaktion.
Mehrmals kontaktierte ich den Amazon Kundenservice. Immer wieder wurde mit der A-bis-Z-Garantie geworben und leere Versprechungen gemacht. Immer wieder wurden Rücksprachen mit Vorgesetzten geführt. Mehrmals ein Garantiefall eröffnet.
Nach ca. 5 Monaten und unzähligen Kontakten mit dem Verkäufer und mit Amazon griff seltsamerweise nur für 1 T-Shirt von 10 zurückgegangenen T-Shirts der Amazon-Garantiefall. Obwohl es eine einzige Lieferung war. Warum diese famose und werbewirksame A-bis-Z-Garantie nur bei einem von 10 T-Shirts greift, weiß wahrscheinlich nicht einmal Amazon selbst
Diese Schilderung geht auf alle Fälle auch an deutsche Verbraucherzentralen und an Sendungen, die Betrug aufdecken. Hoffentlich kann man diesen Fall bald in den Medien sehen.
Es macht einen ganz, ganz seltsamen Eindruck, dass Amazon nach diesem eindeutigen Betrug nichts gegen diesen Händler unternimmt und ihm weiter auf Amazon gewähren lässt. Nach diesem äußerst dubiosen Verhalten von Amazon kann ich von Amazon nicht mehr von einem seriösen Unternehmen sprechen.
Waste of money, wasre of time.
I’ve used gymtier t-shirts long time ago, it was decent to good, happy at that time. I’ve recently ordered again £118 worth of t-shirts and the quality has dropped massiveley. They shrank after the first wash at 30 degrees. The lettering is coming off slowly. The fitting is not the same. Now, they are like regural tshirts, nothing fancy. This is one side of the problem, the interesting part is coming.
I’ve contacted them, told them i am not happy with the items and i want to return part of it ( 1 bundle ~ £70). After a very slow back and forth they agreed to refund me and don’t worry about returning the items. I was not interested in keeping the tshirts, hence they are still packed ready to ship. They asked me to choose a collection date, i choose, nobody came, 2 weeks gone by and then they confirmed the return. Another 2 weeks gone by, nothing happened and the conversation from their “contact us” option has dissapeared. I’ve initiated another chat explaining the situation, they requested the order number, gave it to them and yet not answer. The return time has gone past, i am looking forward to the email where they tell me “ the return time policy has gone past and you are mot eligible to return”. Waste of money, waste of time.
