Worst company to work with , they have not paid for our services and it's been month , how their customers will be able to trust if businesses can't.

Beaware ,

Terrible company to deal with! I placed two orders because I actually don't mind the clothing given its price point; it's cheaply made, but the cost is low and it's acceptable for the gym. However, their customer service is appalling! They got my order wrong on both occasions. For the first order, I requested a navy hoodie, but they sent a black one instead. In my second order, I included several items, including a mystery box labeled as a hoodie, but they sent me a dreadful sweatshirt. A sweatshirt is NOT a hoodie, so this is an incorrect item. I've seen other reviews here where others have faced similar issues. Their response is that they label it as 'various,' which is nonsense! If you label an item as something, that’s what you should deliver. Moreover, stating that it's non-returnable violates long-distance selling laws. My advice is to avoid this business. I certainly won't be purchasing from them again.

Great clothing, love everything I've bought from them. Sadly 4 starts just due to delivery timings. A few of my orders I've waited over a week to receive. When it states within 48 hours dispatch on the website, it's a bit frustrating. Will still order from them in the future as the quality of clothing is great, just be prepared that your order might not come on time.

It’s all good as long as you don’t want to return something, then no response from customer support at all.

The clothes fit like crap. Loose waist and tight shoulders. Not made for athletes. They sent the wrong stuff and wouldn’t return it due to some hidden info in the item description so they have just conned me. I bought a mystery box HOODIE and got sent a sweatshirt (which was crap) when I complained they said they won’t return it as it has ‘various’ next to it meaning it could NOT BE A HOODIE!! Who on earth would know that! It’s an excuse to clear out sweatshirts as nobody would want them.
After wearing the T-shirt and sweatshirt I am extremely disappointed and won’t be buying anything ever from here and will be advising everyone I know to do the same.
They even turn insta comments off because they know people will publicly complain clearly.

Good fit comfortable and good quality. Will definitely shop again and will also recommend to others.

Honestly blown away by this £5 mystery box. Didn’t expect much for the price but it completely exceeded expectations – the quality is unreal and you can tell a lot of care goes into their gear.

Delivery was super quick too, which is always a bonus. Big shoutout as well to the team for how hard they were working at the Arnold Expo at the NEC Birmingham recently – you could see the effort and energy they were putting in all weekend.

For £5 this is an absolute no-brainer. Highly recommend, will definitely be ordering again. Thanks! NOT AI NOT A BOT (slack in Leicester)

Have been told that their website and small-print states alternatives such as 'sweatshirts' may be sent to a customer.

I dont wear them and it is not what was advertised as to what I was paying for.

Deceiving, dishonest and disgusting.

Will never order from again, and will be advising others not to.

Bought a hoodie lucky dip. Wasn't fussed about what I got just wanted to try out some new gear for the gym. Ordered the hoodie lucky dip because I wanted a hoodie...however when it arrived it wasn't a hoodie just a sweatshirt. I don't wear sweatshirts because I don't like them. Contacted customer services and got the response "lucky dip items state various, which means you may get a different style or type to the one you have ordered". I mean I get when it says various you might get different styles of hoodies but a completely different style of clothing...not really. You'd think one prerequisite of a hoodie lucky dip would be the item would have a hood. Apparently not according to this company.

Ordered a HOODY mystery box, and received sweatshirts instead. On reporting this to their customer services, we were told, no refunds or exchanges on lucky dip products, and the term “various“ in the description of the contents of the hoody boxes obviously means sweatshirts too.

The hoody’s and sweatshirts are listed separately on the website for a starters. This is very misleading and the email response was condescending at best.

The product I ordered is nice, but the site small.
The negative side I can not reach them for exchange or anything. Tryed customer service, social media, nothing seem to working!! So make sure you don't want to send item back.....

Bought some joggers from explosive ape and material is cheap and thin and was sent the wrong colour Im not gonna use this company again and gonna look for another

Purchased some items for a birthday present on the 6th March. Got no notifications or confirmation. Waited til the 16th to email and ask where my order was. Got one email back saying that it was 4-5 day shipping after ordering. Still nothing days later so I emailed again to be told there had been a stock shortage and my order would be sent out. Finally got my order. I ordered a ladies joggers ans matching hoody. When I looked inside for the label it had been cut out in both items. Like they had purchase cheap items and re branded with their own logo. The joggers were different lengths and the tops I had also purchased were huge. I went back to their website and it’s not very clear how to return. No portal to make it easy to return. You have to email them and then you get sent an address to return. I’m am still waiting for acknowledgment a week later that they have recieved my return.
As a buyer I want to know I’m buying good quality clothing and that I’m buying from a company that cares. I feel Xplosive ape is a mess. No real customer service and making it not very clear how to return. I will not be ordering anymore from here. Communication is key and xplosive ape seem to have lost theirs

Affordable and very comfortable well made clothing.
Ive ordered a few bits now and the bundles are great value.
