Late on delivery, product damaged
Ordered my product on 2-3 day delivery, did not arrive until 9 days later after I chased. Additionally when I received it the product was moisture damaged and as such unusable. I contacted them regarding the damage but as yet no response.

Sorry for the mixed updates on this order. We initially believed we could fulfil quickly, but we later identified a stock allocation issue and we were not able to supply the item. Once that was confirmed, we processed a full refund.
We’ve tightened our stock checks so we only provide firm timelines once stock is confirmed and allocated. If you’d like us to confirm the refund reference or review anything on the order, please contact our support team with your order number.

Sorry your parcel was still outstanding when you posted this review on 6 January. Your order was placed during the Christmas and New Year period, when courier networks and depot scanning can run slower than usual.
Our records show the parcel was delivered on 9 January. If you did not receive it, or if anything arrived missing or damaged, please contact our support team via the order confirmation email or our website contact form and we will sort it quickly.

The order was placed during our scheduled closure period from 11 to 19 December, which was clearly displayed on the website at the time, and orders made during this period were processed once we returned.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. However, as stated clearly in our Terms and Conditions, all EU-based customers are responsible for local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and are not controlled or collected by us.
You agreed to these terms when placing your order, and we always make sure this information is visible before checkout. We understand customs fees can be inconvenient, but they are a standard part of cross-border delivery.
We value all our customers and do our best to keep shipping costs transparent.

Worst website ever! Total scam..twice items ordered worth over £50 not arrived.. No contact tel number.. They do not refund you.. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE APP

The item sent was the wrong size
The item sent was the wrong size. I purchased a snall and was sent a medium.
Edit, Gymzey responded very quickly and rectified the error. They sent a new item of the correct size delivery was very quick.
Customer service was very good.
