This company is scoring 5 stars since its only highest score available otherwise they deserve more than that. Their professionalism, consistency, empathy and understanding is from out of this world. I have particularly been dealing with a travel agent called Russel for a couple of years now and had never disappointed me once. He goes out of his way to assist you with all your travelling needs. I have referred many of my friends to him and all am getting is the positive feedback. Am not a very easy customer to deal with but he always exceeds my expectations.
