Contacted H20 a few hours ago due to some problem with the purifying function, Chris one of the team member immediately replied my whatsapp question within seconds and even sent a clear video guide on how to try and fix the problem.

Everyone in the family find it easy to use. Love the coffee and tea temperature that suits my everyday routine. The cool temperature works excellent for the hubs as he is always on the go. No waiting time for the right temperature, it’s less than 3 secs for the water to dispense. Highly recommended

In terms of the Oasis. We have only had it for a week or so, but could not be more impressed with the quality of the machine, the functionality and taste of the water.

I love the product, the only set back is that the flow of the water is quite small, so it takes a bit long for bigger bottles, but other than that its perfect. Love how i can drink any temp of water whenever i want. ❤️

I’ve been using H2O water purifiers for about 5-6months since March and got both the under-sink and countertop models. The difference is amazing — the water tastes so much cleaner and fresher now. Honestly, it’s been a lifesaver here in Ballarat where the tap water quality isn’t the best. Really happy with the purchase!
