Can I give this company 10 stars out of 5? Seriously, this is the second time I've worked with Jim and his company. His responses to my inquiries have been immediate. He just answers right away, comprehends the problem, goes to it and spends as long as it takes to fix it. At the same time, he does his best to save me money. I had purchased an email address from GoDaddy, my domain, and they were going to charge me US$160 for two years. This would, of course, be an ongoing charge, and I live in Canada, so that was about $219 for me, give or take. Jim said don't do it. He encouraged me to go back to GoDaddy to get a refund and sold me a $50 one-time fee domain email address that we needed to fix the Contact Us form on my website. Jim is the best. I highly recommend him, and I'm sure his team is equally high-quality and caring. He did everything to make this experience smooth, even when it became very frustrating with the back and forth with GoDaddy.

STEP 1: My big hosting site was no help. After 5 days of kids poking around, they recommended to use company XYZ.

STEP 2: Spend a day calling XYZ. I called... and called... and called.. phone just kept ringing.

Jim and his team have been very helpful throughout the process of removing malware from my six websites, on 11 March, the day I discovered that my hubby's website link on the search engines for his Bedazzled event at Hebden Bridge Picturehouse was now linking to a porn site.

As soon as I got in touch with Hack Repair, Jim was straight onto identifying where the hackers had placed their malware and he emailed me very frequently.

I now host my websites with TVCNet, and it's faster, reliable, and secure because I have all six websites on a reseller hosting plan. I had numerous issues with plugins and themes while at Bluehost, but they are all fixed since moving to this host.

Jim at Hackrepair.com was amazing. I had more then a few websites get infected with malware. My hosting service Bluehost tried more then a few times to rip me off. Suggesting sitelock was their only solution. At $330 per website. All it does is remove malware without actually fixing any entry points. Jim went through all my websites. Did fresh installs of wordpress and closed all security entry points. Then monitored my sites for a week to make sure. He also gave me fresh clean backup of all my sites with the databases.
