Wow. Great service, affordable and quick. Jim was great to work with.

I am mildly tech savvy (have done a bit of front end coding) but when I found out that the home directory of my hosting account, where I host multiple websites, had been compromised and had infected all sites, I was really overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. When it first happened, I paid hundreds of dollars and spent countless hours on the phone with my web host and even after that, the problem popped up again 3 months later (the actual issue had not been directly addressed) All sites down and account flagged for malware. I was at my whits end. After doing a bit more research beyond the 'malware cleaning service' companies, I came across Jim's website and called him directly. Phone was answered immediately and after a quick educational discussion (very informative and willing to help educate) had 6 websites cleaned and functioning within a few hours. I am so impressed and so happy to had found his services (wish that I had done so in the first place)

When I switched to a new webhost my site was taken down due to malware. My old host never detected it. This was on a Sunday and I searched frantically to find someone to remove the malware. I found Jim and he contacted within hours. His price was fair. He started work immediately and kept me updated. By the next day he had the issue resolved and even contacted the host to get them to restore my website. As it is a business this was obviously crucial. Through the entire process he was always available and let me know in detail each step that was taken. His services are invaluable.

We highly recommend Jim! He was so easy to work with, he is professional, knowledgable and works very fast. We had already paid a different company to fix our issue but they had restored information on our website that was a year old. Jim was able to get in there, figure out the problem and have it fixed in just a few hours, plus get out website back to the current information. Not to go with the flow here as the reviews has thus far been excellent for this company. However, I had immediate service, excellent communication and continuous updates as they worked on my troubles. They then gave me some pointers on what to do to prevent this in the future.

IT people like Jim just don't exist!!! He personally took care of what could have been a major disaster for my Web Design business when an exploit appeared in one of the plugins I use on EVERY site. He fixed every instance at VERY reasonable rates and kept me posted every step of the way. I can't recommend him strongly enough!!!

Jim helped be with my cherished website, not once but twice. the first time he saved me from having to spend 500 plus a monthly 425 to recover my site from sitelock. Jim saved me so much money, and did way more than SiteLock would have done, for such a great price. I waas so impressed I moved over my website to his hosting, where I trust it to be in good hands.

It's all fun and games until you wake up to find that your website has been deactivated by your hosting company for malware/security issues. I needed to get my infected account/site cleared and had no idea how to do it. My hosting company offered a DIY option which was way over my head.
