Easy to work with, helpful, generous, 10/10
I had issues with the first account I purchased, but they instantly made up for this by providing me with another one. They allowed me to keep the first one and were extremely helpful with finding a working solution.

Jetbrains Edu
If you are buying a key/account, make sure it has guarantee to the period you are buying for. I Bought a edu account for Jetbrains and it has suspened twise( Got additional replacement email as well). Hafis is guarantee only for 30 days. But there are other places giving 1-year guarantee.

partially fulfilled order.
The email that I got has limited features, and I wasn't able to use it. Hafis provided another email, and it also didn't work. In general, the provider is ok, but you need to clarify beforehand what you want to do with the order, and if there are any limitations (like email is available only for university intranet).

We were not active on Trustpilot. I Just saw your review now. That's not an experience we would like our customers to have.
Sometimes delivery emails lands in the Spam folder. Kindly check if there's any email from us there. Another situation is sometimes customers enter the wrong communication email by mistake. In that case, they don't receive any email updates from us.
