Awful product and seriously delayed delivery. Dress arrived weeks late and is nothing like the pictures. It’s terrible cheap quality, a different colour and is nothing like the images online. A fake split and no sequins at the waist.
Worst buy for a while and can’t even sell it on as it’s so bad!

Ordered a coat in November. Received confirmation and tracking details . Order never came & no response to my emails.

Ordered two coats in November, and was told due to delays,items would be late arriving,was assured they would be with me by Christmas. I am still awaiting delivery and my emails don't even get answered anymore. Anybody thinking of ordering from this company please don't waste your money and shop with a credible supplier.

I ordered a coat almost 2 months ago and it’s still not arrived. They won’t give me a full refund. They gave me £6. Back for a coat that I’ve paid £60 for.

Ítem was not the color as shows on Website. Offered me 60% refund. Never received it and website has vanished. All the good reviews were false.

I like others ordered a dress which was nothing like the website. Unable to return as website now disappeared. In process of trying to get money back via Paypal. Absolute scam. Unfortunately hadn't looked at the reviews for this company before buying.

This is a SCAM!! Don’t buy from them! I have ordered a dress and wanted to return it as the quality was terrible! Their website completely disappeared and they don’t react to my emails.

I made a mistake not checking her first. I purchased a jumper that was very poor quality, not like on website. Tried to return, but they wouldnt give me a return address ignored emails. Buyer beware.

SCAMMERS completely . Products are rags and refunds will not be given . To add insult to injury even after refunds they deny receiveing itens back and still will not refund . DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….. the clothes you will receive will not resemble what you have ordered, the standard will be very poor and misfitting. To return your purchase you have to email for them to supply the return address in CHINA but they don’t reply back. They are now refusing to reimburse me as I returned my dresses to the address on the invoice. I have now contacted my bank to report them.

The garment I ordered was very poor quality and not as pictured. The email return process was time consuming and not beneficial. To return the item the Post Office said the minimum cost would be $30.52. HaileyRose would only refund me $14.20 (of the $71.00 cost) and I got to keep the cheap dress that I will never wear and do not want. DO NOT order from this company!!!!!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. You have been warned! If you choose to proceed, you are likely to be disappointed.

Here’s my experience: I ordered four dresses (two in size small and two in size medium) as I was unsure of the sizing. I was assured they would arrive within five working days. Instead, the delivery took nearly three weeks, making them too late for the event I needed them for.

When the dresses finally arrived, they were completely unsuitable. The sizing was way off – the small was actually larger than the medium. The tassels on the dresses were made from cheap plastic material, resembling bin liners, and began to shred immediately after unpacking, even falling apart while hanging on a hanger.

I contacted the company as instructed on their website, by email, to request a return address. After weeks of back-and-forth communication with little to no response, I informed them that I would initiate a chargeback through my bank. This finally got their attention. They initially offered me a 10% discount, then a 25% discount, both of which I refused.

Only after my bank got involved did they provide me with a return address – in China – and I had to pay for the return shipping myself. However, once the package was sent back (at my expense), I received a full refund within five days.

If you’re in a similar situation, I highly recommend contacting your bank and starting a chargeback process if you paid by debit or credit card. It was the only way I could resolve the issue.

Proceeding with this company is a significant risk – you’ve been warned!

This company should be ashamed of themselves the way they handle their customers! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND will pass along the word to ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

This company is NOT RELIABLE, THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS SUSPECT, AND COMMUNICATION IS LESS THAN PAR - really it's HORRIBLE

Absolutely shocking.
I ordered a jumper costing £48.99 it was nothing like the website photos. Made from really cheap horrible wool not the same colour , it was full of pulls without having been worn,
I contacted customer services exchanging email after email wanting to return for a refund.
After being beaten down I had no choice than to accept a 25% discount on an item that has gone in the bin.
I would never order anything from here again.

NO STARS! Absolute joke of a the item was cheap, tassels are falling off and look like paper tinsel its a scam clearly. instagram should not be allowing these dodgy companies to advertise on their platform as they are ripping UK consumers off. I emailed to demand a refund and was told to send it back but at the same cost as it was bought or 10% back from what I paid! total scam beware.

If there was an option for NO stars I would use it!! I ordered the dress 7 weeks ago and contacted them numerous times - I tried to cancel the order - but they wouldn’t let me - but took the money !! The dress arrived 2 days ago and omg it’s nothing like the dress they advertised- it’s like someone made it with a black bin liner - it cost £60!!! - it’s brutal wouldn’t even wear it for Halloween- the site is a complete SCAM - do not buy from this site!!
