AVOID!!!! I had a transplant one month ago and it was a terrible experience at Harley Street. They changed the doctor on the day which wasn’t great as I had researched the one Hakim had sent me. Dr Rafiq knew his stuff but you barely see him. I felt excruciating pain during the transplanting part and the technicians either didn’t understand me or just ignored. The doctor came in a couple hours later and gave me an injection into my eyebrow as I was about to pass out. Unbelievably…the doctor left after this and I was left alone for the last part. I would urge to book elsewhere where you will be treated properly during this procedure

I had a hair transplant on the 19th of September 2025 so not long ago but the team at Harley Street healthcare were brilliant. Everything went smoothly. Staff was really nice. It was very professional. I can’t fault them at all. And after talking with Yaseen who went through everything with me and is still there if I need to ask any questions or have any concerns which is great so thank you to him and everyone at Harley Street I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you need a hair transplant

My experience was a fantastic one. From the very first time I even spoke to them on the phone. But what was more amazing was on the actual day of the surgery, the way I treated and greeted fantastic, the doctor was amazing and the aftercare has been absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a hair transplant.

The post op service provided/offered is also very good.

I was very nervous, but after meeting Doctor Alosert I was put to ease. He was very welcoming and we shared some jokes and he talked me through the procedure. I was then taken to op room where I was allowed to play my own music and relaxed into the surgery (I was so relaxed a fell asleep a few times). The surgery went very well with minimal bleeding and I am not at home recovering. After being checked on this morning. Will update this review when the hairs start to take place!

Hakeem William promised me that i will give you the full refund if he does not do accordingly and safely which i have the chat he told me that's Dr Shoaib he the best Dr and he will provide you the best service i went there Dr Shoaib who did nothing what was discussed with hakeem William who is running this black market business and playing with people life anything which was discussed and he overharvested my donor area ruined it completely and have not covered my recipient area as i was telling him please don't do the overharvesting he didn't did anything which i discussed with Hakeem William and he gave his words and promised that i will give you the full refund if he doesn't do accordingly so where are the words they clinic is a scam and all people who are working are not professional please don't come here as your whole scalp will be ruined i have the proof of all messages in which he said that he will refund the full amount if things goes wrong now he is not full filling that words commitment its a scam company be aware of it

I recently had my hair transplant procedure here 9 days ago and I can honestly say the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly, and I always felt reassured and confident that I was in the best hands. The procedure from the first phone call the surgery to now to the aftercare stage has everything and more than I could have wished for.
What really stands out is the aftercare and ongoing support. Even since the procedure, the clinic has been in regular contact with me. The follow-up phone calls have been consistent, caring, and never rushed — every question I’ve had has been answered thoroughly, and I’ve always felt like a priority. Their communication skills are second to none, and it shows that they genuinely care about their patients’ recovery and results.

I am already noticing progress and I feel confident that I’ll achieve the results I was hoping for.
