I had a video appointment after which I went to 96 Harley Street for a physical consultation at 12noon last Wednesday 17 September. At about 12.45 I got a call asking if I was near. I said I’m in reception. At the consultation Yaseen said that I could wear a lose scarf after 2 weeks but on phone consultation he had told me a different time scale. It seemed like a pointless appointment as he just looked at my hair as he had done in video call. Anyway he asked if I was gonna go ahead & wanted to book an appointment & wanted me to pay a deposit but I said I was worried about reception not telling him I was there & his name was not on door & reception didn’t know who he was. I also said I wanted to check out the qualifications of the doctors, on Friday 19 I wrote an email asking further questions but he never got back to me, I think it could be cos I said i was going to look at their doctors qualifications & they may have realised I would find this. I think what I’m going to do is ask my gp to recommend, I was suspicious about the demand for a deposit when I wasn’t sure & hadn’t picked a day, I won’t be going ahead with them obviously.

My trust pilot name is my marital name- I responded to their ad on instagram where I use my maiden name but I definitely saw then & they had me waiting in reception for ages as receptionist didn’t tell them I had arrived didn’t seem to know who I was seeing it was all very odd

It was a smooth surgery and I was talked through each procedure. And they keep in touch after the operation which is good so if I need to ask any question I can contact them

From start to finish service has been brilliant. All staff that have dealt with me have been really friendly, honest and went through every detail me. Even nearly one year after am still getting progress calls to see how things are going. As for the transplant I could be more made up with it the last 3 months it’s really changed and coming on brilliant. Thanks to all the Staff.

Had it done in London. The staff are nice and very professional. The doctor explained the whole process of the transplant, what to expect, and clearly established a good follow up plan. There was a confusion with the contract and what should be included in the transplant package but hopefully it will be fixed. Nice staff. Overall good service though.

The surgery was conducted at a different clinic facility in Manchester. The surgery experience was decent. But right after the surgery they had provided few contact numbers into which I have tried contacting through text and calls and nobody picked up or gave a callback. They were very much active and pushing me to provide the feedback and 5 star review but once I contacted them for a question regarding my condition I didn’t get a proper response and it was disappointing. They texted me they would callback and they are in a meeting but it didn’t happen.

I had my transplant on 27th August. I arrived prompt at 8am. The clinic was fairly easy to find on google maps but I found the surgery could be signed better at the door. I watched at 20 minute tutorial video about the step by step procedures. I was slightly naive going into the day and I didn’t really grasp what was about to happen. The first 5-10 minutes was pretty painful and then when the anaesthetic kicks in it gets easier. Grafts taken out took 3 hours approx. I had lunch and then the follicles put in the front of my head was done fairly quickly . I was back in my car at 3:30 ready to drive home. The staff were extremely friendly and comforting. If you’re thinking of having one I would recommend Harley street.

From the start of the conversation to the end of the procedure I cannot recommend enough. Really responsive and communication first class. I’m now 6 months into my transplant and already seeing significant growth . If you’re contemplating, I would say go for it.

I had my hair transplant 5 weeks ago with Dr Munir and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience so far. On the day of the surgery, everything was explained clearly and honestly – no sugar coating, just realistic advice which I really appreciated. Dr Munir kept coming in to check on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay, which was very reassuring.

The day itself went really quickly, thanks to how nice and supportive the staff were, and since then the aftercare has been excellent. Sean has been brilliant – he’s always available if I’ve had any questions or concerns, and that support makes a big difference in the recovery process.

It’s still early at 5 weeks post-surgery to judge the final results, but overall I’m really happy with both the procedure and the ongoing care.

Harley street are Very professional, I was nervous to say the least going in but the helped me through that and got me relaxed, long process but everything was done in the right way and how I wanted it, can’t recommend them more, best place for a hair transplant 1000%

Excellent service

I had a hair transplant at this clinic nearly three years ago and the entire experience was deeply disappointing. I travelled four hours early in the morning to arrive for my 9:00 a.m. appointment, only for the surgeon to arrive an hour late. Dr. Shah conducted only the initial consultation and, without informing me, allowed junior staff members to carry out much of the procedure.

During surgery, there were moments when blood was running down into my eyes, forcing me to ask them to stop. The aftercare was equally unacceptable — despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I received no communication or follow-up from the clinic.

Three years on, I’m left with unsatisfactory results, as roughly half of the transplanted hair has fallen out. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and costly experience, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

When trying to make the decision to have a hair transplant I honestly believe that Harley Street is the only place we should consider going. Their staff are amazing. Their start-up team is brilliant. Everybody is there to make you as comfortable as possible from the the booking phone call all the way to the very end of the surgical procedure. The after-care service couldn’t be better, phone calls every couple of days, weeks even a couple of months after you will still get calls checking up on how the healing process is going. I would say as this is my second procedure the best tip that I can give anybody is listen to what they have to say when it comes to the after-care you’re after-care is so important, stick to their guidelines and Don’t be afraid to ask any questions or ring up with any concerns. These guys are professionals in the field and they really know what they’re doing and are there to help. I can only say thanks to Harley Street for the good work that they’ve done and I hope everybody else that goes to them has the same outcome.

As I can’t reply to your response I have had to make another review. I WAS a patient at your company last September. I have all the emails to prove this. The email on your website matches the appointment confirmation email I have from the procedure. Concerning you do not have me on your records, please contact me as soon as possible. As it’s a big procedure I remember the name and logo of the company I chose. I have pictures inside the premises on the day to also confirm it was with yourselves. I have sent another email to you.
