This ain't your fault. It's about UPS the Courier service. First the order should have gone to the pick-up location which I chose myself. Then UPS send me an email message that they bring it to my home. Then nothing heard and suddenly the order was at different pick-up location.

Softie is soft and simple and elegant. This suits me perfectly. The colour was different (blue sage) in the picture at Hair Weavon pages. But this turquoise is fashionable so I'm enough pleased. Custom service answered by email very well and fast. It took 16 days the delivery to get. I think it's quite a long time. But the order came surely quite far away. Thank you a lot.

Gracias HairWeavon

Quick service

The delivery was prompt, efficient and arrived on the projected day . Regular updates to track the order were reassuring.
Contact with the representative was very helpful and the suggested alternatives enabled me to make a good choice. The quality of the product net with expectations .

Delivery exactly spot on time.
Good service description same as advertised, very helpful and reliable company. Will continue to shop again

Love buying from here. Fantastic service, quick to respond and is so helpful.

The people who work here are so helpful and knowledgeable. I would have definately bought the wrong hair product without their guidance. The topper is so natural looking and easy to clip in . I had little confidence before I found this topper. Everyone thinks I have great looking hair . Best thing I ever bought .

I have used HairWeavon a few times, I live in Portugal and postage can sometimes be an issue. With my latest purchase the delivery was super quick
The wig I purchased was Ignite petite by Jon Renau in Catalina blonde. I had considered buying this wig a few times but I was always put off by the videos and talk of so much permatese. In my case I was very pleasantly surprised not too much permatese,a great style and wish I had purchased it sooner, love the colour and will definitely purchase it again

Snel antwoord,betrouwbaar,hulp bij keuze.Snelle levering.

Excellent service and attentive customer care

I am very satisfied with my experience! The supplier responded quickly and thoroughly to all my questions, which immediately gave me a sense of reliability. When the exact option I wanted wasn’t available, I was offered a great alternative — which I really appreciated.

The delivery was also fast and smooth. I would especially like to highlight the respectful and attentive attitude towards the customer.

Highly recommend!

Excellent service so happy what I got very helpful to me and I will be ordering more from ye soon

Diana,
Is such a lovely kind woman. I placed an order in Feb and it did not go through for whatever reason. It was the weekend of the 10% off so by the time I got a chance to look at the order status the deal had expired. But she honoured it as she could see I tried to place an order before the expiry of the discount. However I think they would want to look at the web site as I often have problems Placing Orders.

Excellent wig which has been purchased 4 times now. Added bonus now without any custom charges making this a great value. Good delivery time

Very nice hair toppers which are hard to get in the rest of EU. Thank you.
