Hajj and Umrah Opiniões

Great service

The journey to Makkah was really good. The arrangement was fine until we arrived to our hotel. I had to report several time to sort our room as there were 3 single beds. The journey to Madina was hectic as the taxi won’t come to our hotel. They asked us take all baggages under the where they were waiting. When I called taxi service the person was very disrespectful. Finally we went to Madina. On returning flight, there’s been a mistake. Our flight and hotel booking didn’t match. We had a stressful time at the Madina airport. The counter service was very helpful. I won’t travel with this company again.

Great company everything as promised, flight ,hotel ,transport visa everything on time close to haram ,hight recommended
no problem at all ,

From the first conversation I had with Mubashir, he was very helpful & knowledgeable.
No matter what time I sent him a message on WhatsApp he would reply instantly. The communication from beginning to the end of my umrah trip was outstanding. I would 100% recommend Hajj and Umrah travel agent. I am very very pleased with them. The office is based in Hounslow London, the lady there was also very helpful. May Allah SWT reward them for their efforts and the extra mile Mubashir would always go.
Thank you for making our umrah trip so easy and stress free, Alhumdillah

Alhamdulillah, my umrah journey with Hajj and Umrah was very easy.
I thank Sheikh for taking care of everything.
They made my entire journey very easy.
This is very reliable agency who also took care of my budget.
Insha'allah i will always prefer this agency.

Much Better Travel Agents available in other places. They just book flights and hotels for you, which anyone can do themselves. The hotels they book are really far away and they dont tell you that the hotels there will take security cash from you.

Excellent overall service by Br. Ayan from pre travel, during the travel and at the end. Prompt response when I overlooked my transport by error and issue was resolved within hours.

Well organised, very good customer communications with either London office or saoudi office,, taxi transfer on time. Hotels very clean and close to Mecka haram, and al masjid anabolic. Just advice to you, taxis that has been used are not taxi just personal cars, at the check point they struggled to pass through. No taxi license displayed.

My name is salim, we traveled on the first week of ramadan with this company, we had a gentleman called ayan who helped set everything up he even kept in touch with us throughout our time in umrah until we arrived back home showing the care they give to customers and they helped with any questions we had and they updated us with everything, without ayan and his team, I don't think we would have had one of the best experiences, we will be returning inshallah soon with same company. Thank you all and and may Allah reward you for the good job your doing.

All good plan very well and staff are good specially mr Qadir is very helpful and friendly thank again

Great service and organisation all-round.

Jazakallah

Great reliable agency alhamduillah we booked our flights and multiple hotel rooms with ease with them. They took care of our visa applications and booked us all the transportation we needed for our journey.

Mubashir and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful in organizing a bespoke package for us. Their extensive knowledge of hotels ensured we chose accommodations that perfectly suited our needs. Both hotels were fantastic and conveniently located near the mosques.

The transfers between airports and hotels were smooth overall. There was a minor communication issue with the car company in Saudi but was dealt with accordingly and didn’t take long either. I would recommend carefully checking all paperwork to ensure contact details are correct on the voucher to avoid any inconveniences.

A huge thank you to the entire team. Will be using them again in future

Return customer for booking hotels and transfers for Umrah with the company. Mubashir and countless others were very friendly and helpful in arranging a bespoke package for us. They were very knowledgeable with hotels and which ones would be most suitable for our needs. The hotels we selected were both fabulous and on the doorsteps of both mosques and Mubashir went the extra mile to accommodate with baby bassinets and early check-ins for our stay.

The transfers between airports and hotels were also great. There was a slight issue with communication with the car company in Saudi due to an incorrect mobile number on the transfer voucher which meant the driver could not contact me. However, when flagged to the company in Saudi as well as the team here, Mubashir, Mesam, Qadir and the team quickly resolved it and we had direct access to drivers and we arranged our remaining journeys at times when most suitable for us. Cars were nice and big, drivers were accommodating and very friendly. Would advise to check all paperwork carefully to ensure details are correct to avoid any inconveniences.

Thank you to everyone at the team. Will be using HajjandUmrah.co.uk again for my next trip.

An incredible trip organised seamlessly by Qadir and the team. Communication was exceptional; everything was organised well in advance and to a very high standard. We will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Areeba was most helpful and arranged all flights / accommodation/ transport/ visa promptly. She was always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Overall great experience using this company. They had the most competitive package for Umrah and we were able to get airport car transfers and Makkah to Madinah transfer for a small amount more. Would recommend this company for booking your Umrah trip

One of the best experience we had every single thing was smoothly checked into the hotel to the transportation Makkah and Medina customer service was unbelievable. They constantly checking up on us to make sure everything is okay. I couldn’t ask for more if you’re travelling for umrah I 100% recommend Hajjandumrah.co.uk Umrah thank you so much
Abdul Salam

The best experience i’ve ever had now having gone to Umrah a few times. Will InshaAllah book again with these guys and in particular Ayan who guided me throughout. Kept checking everything was smooth while i was out in Saudi and when i came back. Answered questions whenever i had one. Literally returned this morning. Great prices, great communication and friendly.

Our advisor Ayan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he sorted out our entire Umrah experience with very little inconvenience to ourselves. We were extremely satisfied with the service received however there were two points we were let down on:

1. The transport company, despite knowing we had a wheelchair, picked us up in smaller cars that meant the wheelchair was packed into the backseat next to me and my son making it dangerous and uncomfortable for him. I sent them pictures in advance and requested a larger car but to no avail

2. Taiba Front Hotel in Madinah, when we checked in we were told that our room was a standard room and not disabled friendly, as it was the only room they had left we had to take it and I was left helping my husband in the bathroom all the time. The lack of a disabled bathroom caused a lot of stress for my husband making it difficult for him and for myself.

This is the only reason I could not give 5 stars, inshaAllah our next trip with them will be better :)
