Hajj and Umrah Opiniões

Very good service. So much cooperated. Nice staff friendly atmosphere. Suggested too others to get the package from the hajj and umrah.

Fast and easy to deal with.

Every thing was organized very well and if there were any isues broter ayan was good at sorting it out straight away.
Pick ans drops from booking to reaching hole kept the communication.

Thanks to Mahwish for sorting out our umrah experience from start to finish she saw it all the way through without any issues.
I’d like to recommend Haj&Umrah.co.uk for your Haj & Umrah travels.
I’d like to thank Mahwish for her professionalism and support throughout our journey.

We have previously booked our Umrah trip with brother Mubashir and the experience was very good. He went out of his way to find the best deal, Alhamdulillah had the best experience with this company the hotels that were provided had excellent service and a very smooth check in the whole process of visa and flights were smooth and easily
highly recommended this company have used it and in'shaa'allah will use it again.Jzk Allah brother Mubashir 🙏.

Hajj and Umrah provided an excellent service right from out initial queries through to the end of our blessed journey. In particular, Br. Basit wqs our main contact and promptly dealt with all queries that we had. If there were any changes or questions, Br Basit and his team were on hand, patiently helping us. Throughout our journey in Makkah and Madina, the team were in touch with us, ensuring that we knew our schedule. Our journey only included our family, so we were not waiting on a group. The overall price was very reasonable too. This journey could not have been completed without their support and assistance. It was truly a blessed experience. Would recommend their service without any hesitation. JazakAllah khairun.

Alhamdulillah had the best experience with this company the hotels that were provided had excellent service and a very smooth check in the whole process of visa and flights were smooth and easily highly recommended this company have used it before and in'shaa'allah will use it again.

Excellent service provided.

Hotels and umrah visa prepared within 48hrs.

Special thanks to by Basit Ali, who was exceptional with his prompt and professional communications.

Will use this service for future bookings.

MashaAllah from beginning to end everything was MashaAllah brilliant. The staff that were dealing very friendly helpful especially Shahzain.very nice person. The flight The hotel transportation everything was preplanned. Thank u

Provided a great service throughout of our trip

Qadir was knowledgeable and we had no problems booking the 4 x transport whilst at Madinah and Makkah. Unfortunately first impressions of the service we received upon arrival at Madinah was disappointing. The transport did not arrive, after numerous texts and messages he turned up more than an hour late. the taxi that arrived was too small. A 12 seater Hiace had been booked, a 7 seater mini van was provided for 8 people and their luggage. Every person had to have luggage on their lap.
The other three bookings were spot on.

The company/travel agency is 10 out of 10 and Mubashir (travel agent) was brilliant. Umrah and Hajj is a testing journey but honestly the travel agency and agent made it so much easier for my wife and I. Keep up the great work and mubashir is an asset to your company

Actually there customer services was really great , specially I would like to mention Qadir , a great guy with super temperament.

A truly exceptional service from Mr Ayan.
He is always very polite, patient and professional in his knowledge of the industry and his attention to detail is impressive!
Mr Ayan is always at the end of the phone when you need him. When you have somone like Mr Ayan to guide you, you are in the best of hands.
We use his services every time and will continue doing so!

Excellent service, catered to all our needs. Everything they promised they delivered no issues at all with the whole stay.

Sheik was very helpful and informative and customised our requirements.
I would definitely recommend them as they are very professional and most importantly reliable.

We made a large group booking through Hajj and Umrah and Ayan dealt with our booking. Ayan was such an amazing person to deal with and he made sure he put us first and provided an exceptional journey. Even when the airline cancelled our initial flights Ayan made sure he did everything to make sure our plans were not interrupted and made sure we all were on the same flight. Ayan and the company were both excellent in service and I would definitely recommend everyone to use them!!!!

Ayan was very helpful in providing last minute package for my family he was very helpful in giving many options that accommodated my needs,
would highly recommend

To know that the hotels were booked and paid for was reassuring
To be able to have contact with the person who initially dealt with you is good as you don’t need to explain an issue from start to different people
To know the person on the other end has knowledge to share and can guide you on things you are not sure about
The small transcript were very useful and we used them to aid our umrah
Good to have agent on the other end of the phone when in a different country who is able to respond to queries or issues with speed
We booked two rooms for three people but were told agency booked one suite with two rooms hence we were given one HCN - should have been told that from the start
Would be good to have the HCN few days before travel to give customers peace of mind
Maybe introduce a loyalty scheme whereby you get discount for recommending customers or using the agency again for another travel
Nice friendly staff all round 👍 and overall good experience and service

Excellent service provided by Mubashir Hussain not only before travel but during our visit as well. Always available to sort out the issues. Well done and thank you Mr Mubashir
