Je réserve mes hôtels sur halalbooking depuis 2019 tout est conforme comme dans leurs descriptions. Seulement une fois une annulation de réservation de leur part à cause d'une mise à jour qui n'a pas été faite, ce que je regrette !

Our holiday was completely ruined because of HalalBooking. We had originally booked a 5‑star hotel with specific facilities that were important for us and our children. Instead, we were redirected at the very last minute to a budget hotel that did not match the standard or the facilities we had paid for. The hotel lacked the amenities we had chosen it for, the food was old and reheated, the staff could barely communicate in English, and the pool area was outright dangerous. Both of my children cut their toes on something broken inside the pool.

The most shocking part is that HalalBooking only contacted us on the same day we were already sitting on the plane to Turkey, informing us that the original hotel was under renovation. It is completely unacceptable to give such crucial information at the last minute, especially when travelling with children and planning a holiday based on specific facilities and standards.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. The same thing happened to my friend last year, but in her case HalalBooking did not even send an email. She arrived in the middle of the night, only to be told by the hotel staff that no room had been booked for her at all. She ended up sitting in the lobby the entire night with her husband and children, and the next morning she had to walk around in a country she didn’t know to find a hotel on her own. This is completely unacceptable and shows a pattern of extremely poor handling.

We also spoke to other guests who told us that HalalBooking had done exactly the same to them. One woman in a wheelchair had been sent to a hotel that was not accessible for her needs, making it very difficult for her to move around. It is deeply concerning that HalalBooking keeps repeating these mistakes without taking responsibility.

Whenever you contact HalalBooking, they push the responsibility onto the hotel, even though they are the ones changing reservations at the last minute. They take no responsibility, and you are left alone with all the problems.

My family and I have used HalalBooking before, but after this experience – and after seeing the same thing happen to my friend two years in a row – we will seriously consider other alternatives. We feel cheated, and the service is far below what anyone should expect. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Vores ferie blev fuldstændig ødelagt på grund af HalalBooking. Vi havde oprindeligt booket et 5‑stjernet hotel med specifikke faciliteter, som var vigtige for os og vores børn. Alligevel blev vi i sidste øjeblik omdirigeret til et budgethotel, der på ingen måde levede op til standarden eller det, vi havde betalt for. Hotellet manglede de faciliteter, vi havde valgt ud fra, maden var gammel og genopvarmet, personalet kunne næsten ikke kommunikere på engelsk, og poolområdet var direkte farligt. Begge mine børn skar deres tæer på noget, der var i stykker i poolen.

Det mest chokerende er, at HalalBooking først kontaktede os samme dag, hvor vi allerede sad i flyet på vej til Tyrkiet, og fortalte, at det oprindelige hotel var under renovering. Det er helt uacceptabelt at give så vigtig information i sidste øjeblik, når man rejser med børn og har planlagt sin ferie ud fra bestemte faciliteter og standarder.

Det her er desværre ikke en enkeltstående fejl. Det samme skete for min veninde sidste år, men i hendes tilfælde sendte HalalBooking ikke engang en mail. Hun ankom midt om natten til hotellet, hvor personalet fortalte, at der slet ikke var booket et værelse til hende. Hun endte med at sidde i lobbyen hele natten med sin mand og sine børn, og måtte næste morgen gå rundt i et land, hun ikke kendte, for at finde et hotel på egen hånd. Det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt og viser et mønster af ekstremt dårlig håndtering.

Vi talte også med andre gæster på stedet, som fortalte, at HalalBooking havde gjort præcis det samme mod dem. En kvinde i kørestol var engang blevet sendt til et hotel, hvor hun havde svært ved overhovedet at komme rundt, fordi hotellet ikke var egnet til hendes behov. Det er dybt bekymrende, at HalalBooking tilsyneladende gentager disse fejl uden at tage ansvar.

Når man kontakter HalalBooking, skubber de ansvaret videre til hotellet, selvom det er dem, der ændrer reservationerne i sidste øjeblik. De tager ingen ansvar, og man står alene med problemerne.
Min familie og jeg har tidligere brugt HalalBooking, men efter denne oplevelse – og efter at have set det samme ske for min veninde to år i træk – vil vi kraftigt overveje at finde andre alternativer. Vi føler os snydt, og servicen er langt under det niveau, man kan forvente. Hvis jeg kunne give 0 stjerne havde jeg givet det.
