Hi Kate,
Our sales team have been speaking with you on email for over a day in regards to this. The original email was sent on Tuesday 6th December where we told you the address you had provided was incorrect. We contacted you again on the 7th December when you chased us again, and we mentioned again that we needed your street name and house number. We then telephoned you and asked you for your street name and house number, and immediately contacted APC to get this updated. We did originally complete and dispatch your order on 1st December but this should be delivered now in the next day or so.

Haven’t received items yet which were ordered 2 weeks ago and for a birthday on 1st December - in contacted office in advance who promised items would be sent by courier to avoid issues with postal strikes. This didn’t happen and the items were sent via Royal Mail which I only found out after having to call again to find out where they were. No communication (email / text) from Harlbro I’ve had to chase via telephone 3 times. Disappointed.

Doddies Rugby tops
Ordered two rugby tops for two of our grandchildren for Christmas. From ordering to delivery was only about a week, over the moon with that. Quality of the tops was excellent and am sure they will very well received come Christmas day. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
