The oranges and grapefruit were a gift. The recipients loved them!
The recipient of this gift was very pleased with the fruit---fresh and very tasty.
Yummy, perfect fruit! Nice box, shipped to arrive right on time.
I received everything fine except one of the oranges was bad. It had mold on it and was stinking. Otherwise the rest of the oranges and grapefruit were very good.

I have ordered from Hales Groves for several years now. I have always had a good experience but this year when my family opened their gift box they found rotten grapefruit and the oranges were horrible. Needless to say I was disappointed that my family received a sub-par product.
I felt the oranges were not as sweet as I had anticipated and the grapefruit were very good, but they seemed to be pink instead of the Ruby Red I expected.
I have sent products from hale to customers and family for several years with outstanding results. This year almost every shipment had at least one rotten fruit, and several shipments up to (5) rotten fruits as well several navel oranges that were from a very poor quality tree. This years products were very disappointing.. My hope is for a better year next year. Thank You George Rollins

My kids say the fruit was wonderful!
these were not the quality we are used to from Hale Groves. Some of the oranges were bruised and soft, one was split open. One of the Grapefruits was rotten. My husband was very disappointed and is not interested in buying from them anymore.

Had some bad reports last year; but this years fruit was great! Large tasty grapefruit and great navel oranges.
Been sending this package for years to family in Virginia. Always well received and enough to share with all.

The freshest and most delicious grapefruit I’ve ever eaten. The navel oranges were sweet and tasty!
Had no problems with ordering and the service representative was courteous, helpful and assisted with the order by answering concerns and questions. Received a Thank-You care and note of appreciation regarding the gift. Only major complaint - the shipping costs have become rather expensive and cost prohibitive and we may not be doing this again. It would be great if Hale Groves split the costs 50/50 or provided specials or made it more financially feasible to the customer.
I send from Hale Groves to friends and family every year. The recipients always rave how good and juicy the citrus is. Thank you for making our gift giving a success.
