HALO Cars Opiniões

Once again, a very smooth experience starting with the booking to the arrival on time of the taxis. Once again the drivers were courteous and attentive and made the whole experience stress free.

I used HALO Cars in April 2026 and I was booked to use them again in early June. Unfortunately due to an accident I had to cancel my trip and my booking with HALO Cars. There was no problem with cancellation or the refund. I will be using them in the future when I am back to full health and on my travels once again. Thank you HALO Cars 👍

Halo Cars provided outstanding service on my recent journey with driver Gurwinder Singh. He was punctual, courteous, and exceptionally professional from the first moment. Gurwinder made sure I was completely comfortable and handled everything with care, and it was a very pleasant journey indeed. The car was spotless and well-maintained, and his calm, confident driving style made the trip thoroughly relaxing. I felt safe and well looked after the entire time. You really couldn’t ask for more! Excellent service – I will definitely be using Halo Cars again. Highly recommended!

I recently booked a return trip from Heathrow to Herefordshire for family visiting from abroad.
The Halo booking team were very helpful in guiding me on what time to collect the passengers for the return trip, to make sure they got back to Heathrow on time for their flight. I also appreciated their attention to detail during the booking process in terms of the number of passengers, and size and number of cases that needed to be loaded into the vehicle.
The driver Abdullah was a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time for both trips, and offered comfort breaks due to the length of the journey. He drove very well and allowed the passengers to just relax in the car without interruption which was very much . appreciated after a lengthy flight. The car was clean and well maintained, allowing for very comfortable and stress-free journeys.
I would not hesitate to recommend Halo cars to anyone needing transportation.

Gurwinder was so helpful, he met me at the terminal and took me to the car. If possible I would like to travel with him next time I book.

I booked to and from Manchester airport with HALO cars, no fuss easy reliable service, my driver Gurwinder Singh drove safely and efficiently and made my trip stress free.

I will always rely on Halo Cars for transportation when I come to UK. Their service is impeccable, their prices are fair, and their drivers are outstanding, especially Waqas Ahmed, a kind and caring gentleman. I recommend Halo Cars above all others.

Our driver, Gurwinder, drove us from Solihull to Heathrow to start our holiday and has just returned us safely home.

Good communication. Relatively easy to book. Checked and met our requirements. Turned up on time. Driver very polite and helpful. Price reasonable.

Nice car, on time and friendly driver - excellent service.

Fantastic experience — the driver arrived on time and was extremely helpful with the suitcases. Prices were good, booking was easy and the whole process was stress‑free

We were picked up from Birmingham Airport by Gurwinder who was professional and friendly. Our flight was late at night and it was great to be driven home with such care. Thank you Gurwinder, Halo Cars are lucky to have you! Communication was fab and we would definitely recommend and will use again.

Excellent Service. Thank you Halo cars.

After the mix-up at the Garage in Thurrock's end my car was not collected on the day allocated even though I received a phone call in the morning to inform me it would be collected between the hours of 10am and 2 pm. After I phoned thr gargae having being kept hanging on the hone for ages waiting to speak to someone then being transferred to the workshop hence another long wait to finally speak to someone. I was informed there had been a mix up and an apology given. All they could do is to rectify their misteake and offered me a next day collectiion, which I accepted. I was informed that my car would be delivered back to me the following day or at the very latet the day after in the morning. The driver named Maj Islam who collected my car was very courteous and took various pictures of thr vehicle and explained to me about how to check on progress of the vehicle repair. A very good professional service was received on collection of my vehicle. Now looking forward to getting it back fully repaired.

Well, no complaints about the driver, he was very kind and offer me water and to be able to chant the temperature if it was not sutable.
The main issue was with the car, a silver Ford Focus, the last trip I already notice a big shakement movement when braking, and this trip was still there, that shaking can be dangerous, for the passanger and the driver. It is not self asuring to be on a car that everytime the diver brakes on the freeway, the shole car shakes.

Couldn’t have been an easier or more straightforward arrangement to do a trip that we’ve been putting off for a long time. Communication was excellent and our driver was courteous and accommodating of our needs for extra stops. Highly recommended

Khalil was prompt, personable and provided great service. We were pleased to have booked with Halo.

Made a booking from the U.S. for a future trip and HALO answered all my questions promptly and clearly. Easy booking process online.
