Hair is amazing really light and comfortable on the scalp. Not really supposed to sleep with them on but I was able to do that for a week.

Great service and speedy delivery
Great service, send an enquiry abd received a response back the same day and the extensions arrived the following day! Had ordered a similar pair from a competitor and was having problems, where the lace wouldn't sit flat against my head and as I have very fine, thin hair it was bulging at the back of my head. Had previously owned a halo pair for 3yrs with no issues so thought is get another pair from Halo and absolutely no issues. As I was able to compare the hair with the competitor brand u could feel hiw the quality of halo hair is also much better

Disgraceful customer care
After paying the delivery charge on top of the hair piece, which by the way for Irish customers isn’t listed on the payment page, they emailed me looking for it, I questioned why I couldn’t see it, then I was told without any form of apology that it’s there!
I then paid it, and received another charge of €62 on customs to Ireland, which isn’t mentored anywhere on the site!
I’d love to post the emails from Rachel, who when eventually asked to get me a manager, told me they weren’t available, then when I said I’d leave this review, told me to go ahead.
They then sent another email offering refund of half shipment, after I said I was happy to go and review an awful service.
Your customer service stinks!
When I asked for a resolution I wasn’t given one and offering it after the fact is completely stupid.
Regardless of what the issue was this is a complete shit show for customer service.

We are replying to this review to simply address the statements/complaints you have mentioned in this review.
We are sorry that you feel we should have apologised for this matter but we are unable to take full accountability and responsibility for the confusion when ordering to the Republic of Ireland. Looking back at your order, you selected the United Kingdom country option (which qualifies for free delivery at the time of ordering) If you selected the correct country "Republic of Ireland" when completing the order, all of the missed information would have been available for you to consider before placing your purchase.
Upon processing your order, our admin team brought this to the shipping teams knowledge which lead us to contact you by email to request the payment the shipping fee. On this email was all the missed information, stated very boldly, in regards to the shipping fee and future customs/taxes/duties fee and that this would be the customers responsibilty to pay when the order arrived in your country. We gave the option for you to cancel the order or for you to fulfil the order by paying the shipping fee. You kindly paid the shipping fee and the order was shipped with no issues.
Based on the chain of emails in question - Rachel identified herself as the manager and simply stated the facts of shipping and the future customs/taxes fees and was more than accommodating to kindly offer a resolution to a refund of the shipping fee for your inconvenience on this occasion. The MD of the company was unavailable at the time of request so Rachel persisted with trying to resolve your issue. Further more, she offered to help in the customs duties fee to which you declined the offer. The fact that Rachel told you to go ahead and leave this review is simply un true & you ended the converstion asking us to not contact you again which left us at a dead end when was trying to help you.
We always try to help our customers the best we can in relation to their experience when ordering from us so it never has to come to this.

I love these hair extensions!
I love these hair extensions! They are comfortable to wear, are made of real hair and the quality is of a high standard. They are so easy to put on and take off - it literally takes a few minutes. I have tried both the 20inch and 24inch and just love them - they are so beautifully made and are a perfect colour match too. I would 100% recommend these hair extensions - I think they are amazing

I have been wearing extensions for over 12 years now so I class myself a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to different brands.
I tried the halo 24 inch clip ins, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. For a big amount of hair they are lightweight blend easy and the clips are easily hid. The hair feels luxurious and the shades match beautifully. Overall very impressed

I've been shopping at Halo Hair for a handful of years now and adore all of their pieces that I have, from halos to ponytails, they are so beautifully well made, high quality and transform me in an instant. As a busy mother of two and gym bunny I'm forever multitasking and running errands which leaves me with little time or enthusiasm to pamper myself. Having instantly thick, long and glossy hair (even without makeup) is an instant glow up and turns every ocassion and outfit into a show stopper. I couldn't recommend these hair pieces more highly for length, volume and style 5*****

Great hair extensions
I always get my hair extensions from Halo - I have alternative style green hair so I order the bleach blonde and dye them green myself and their hair works perfectly for me! The parcel only takes a couple of days to arrive and whenever I’ve had a query they’re always quick to respond. It's really easy to size the halo as well as the instructions are clear and they have tutorials online.
